Had my initial appointment with Beccs, she was super thorough and spent hours figuring out the exact right shape for my mismatched brows. My skin was very temperamental and didn't want to take color so we did multiple layers to get it dark enough. 6 weeks later and I'm fully healed, brows aren't perfect yet, still a little light but I have my touch up and am hoping for perfection!!! Microblading Service Becca was so amazing ! As a person, who has never got anything done towards their brows (I have sparse &thin hair), she was absolutely perfect. She took her time when shaping out the brows, I had shown her pictures of what shape i'd like them in, and she also asked to see how i normally drew them on so she could have a better idea of my ideal shape and arch. When shaping, she always asked if the shape was good enough for me, and was to my liking/preference. This is the first brow service I have ever had. I have never been tatted, so of course I was scared, but she went through the process with me, numbed me, and explained everything that she was doing. Lash lift + tint: I was very interested in doing something with my lashes nothing too dramatic but natural, subtle and cute. That's exactly the results I got with the lash lift + tint. The whole process probably took an hour or so. Becca made sure I knew what she was doing with every step of the process which is very comforting and reassuring. She wants clients to be familiar with the process and answers any questions. She's very personable and friendly. She also gives tips and tricks + aftercare to upkeep and get the most out of the results of your lashes. I love my lashes and I'm definitely going back! read more

I actually got my eyebrows done with Bec ( Rebecca) in November 2021. I felt she was very impatient and rude. I had an ombré eyebrow appointment and color correction. The service was preformed and it turned out well. But Bec is very rude and very impatient. She felt that answering my questions and making me feel comfortable was "a waste of time" literally what she told me. If I'm paying over 600$ plus a 20% tip for a service I think customer service should be considered. I did not schedule my touch appointment with her because I choose not to support her business. I'm sure she has lots of clients and doesn't mind losing one but I prefer to pay extra elsewhere than you give her money for a touch up or further services. read more

Beccs is extremely professional from the time you book your appointment to the day of. As soon as you book it, you receive an email as well as a text notification. Keep in mind that there is a $100.00 deposit required to book an appointment. When I went I decided to do the ombré powder brows! What I really appreciate about the entire process is that during the brow mapping portion, Beccs really listens to what you're looking for and brings it to life. If you want an adjustment, such as a higher or lower arch, she's more than happy to accommodate. She makes the entire process comfortable AF, and communicates what she's doing and why she's doing it. Although I have a high pain tolerance, the only time you're really feel any "pain" is when Beccs does your brow outline. After that, she numbs both brows and you wait for about 15 minutes before beginning the process. I arrived at 4:50pm and left w/ bomb ass brows by 6:50pm! Paid via Zelle! My three adult children gave me this gift for Mother's Day. I was very surprised but excited to get my eyebrows done. I've never had any type of microshading or tatooing to my brows! I always used Precision pencil and brow tint but that gets old and frustrating. Becca made me feel comfortable and she really listened to my concerns and preferences. I love my brows so much! I didn't realize how much of a difference having good brows could make, on my appearance, my age, and my routine.
