We visited while the tulip festival was going on. There was food, art and lots of jewelry vendors, It was bustling. So many people and so much food. From Indian to a store all about cheeses from around the world. Being from Florida it's nice to find places like this that are very different and unique. The best part about this market was finding a classic poutine spot. The menu was very diverse, but we wanted something completely classic. The flavor of the gravy was delicious and the french fries were fried perfectly. The cheese is very different too. It can be very spongy, but it goes well with the whole combination. Potion was ok. Good ratio of fries to cheese to gravy. The fries were for sure chip-truck tasting. Very thin but I liked that the skins are left on. I loved the saltiness of it.
