Dan the Carpet did an outstanding job on our flooring project. This was a complex install across…read moremultiple rooms, many of which had challenging round corners that required real precision. The execution was excellent. Every transition and curve was handled with care, and the final result looks phenomenal. We are a military family, and supporting veteran owned businesses matters to us. Dan is a veteran, and that integrity, discipline, and pride in workmanship showed throughout the entire project. What stood out most was the preparation and follow through. A lot of research went into finding the right flooring for our family, not just something that looked good. We were very intentional about choosing a healthy option for young kids, and Dan took the time to find the perfect fit. We landed on TrueTouch Evolv Flooring, which is 100% waterproof, made with real wood and natural oils, allergy free, fully recyclable, and free from synthetic materials. It checked every box for health, durability, and design. His team worked diligently to get everything done, even over the holidays. Communication throughout the process was clear and responsive, timelines were respected, and expectations were managed well. This was not a simple job, and it was handled with professionalism from start to finish. Highly recommend Dan the Carpet for anyone who wants quality work done the right way.

Their price was very competitive but they were also quick to get us on the schedule, get the installation done and it was very professionally done. I am very satisfied. I would recommend these people to anyone wanting some one they can trust. Our installers were Chris and DJ and they were the best! They respected our house and our timing.

This review details the unprofessional conduct and customer service at the 2476 Commons Blvd Store only, I cannot speak to the enterprise as a whole. I approached the salesman about ordering some wood flooring, he was at first helpful with my request and seemed to try his best to get me a product in a timely manner. Once i inquired about the price of the product i went back to purchase it and he was not present, the person who was there was not helpful and wouldn't point me in the correct direction on what flooring i was quoted on. He received a call from the previous employee who helped me and a conversation ensued about who's sell it would be :"who would earn the commission", which turned me off to the establishment. I later went home and looked at reviews on the the quoted flooring, and found it for $2,500.00 cheaper 2.50$ online. I purchased it from home and had my wife return the sample. My wife was confronted by the salesman afterward and said," well hopefully it all comes in one piece", was very rude to my pregnant wife and walked off. do not even waste your time shopping here. Go online beat the price and avoid the toxic environment. I purchased wood flooring and own multiple properties of which i would need over 20,000sqft of flooring installed, I wanted to give this flooring company another chance so i called them. I asked them for a quote on installing over 1,000 sq feet of hardwood, they stated" You did not purchase flooring through us, so we will not do the install", I would highly doubt the employee at this location is aware of the amount of business he could sub out and money his company lost when he would be able to contract work for over 17 properties worth $5.4M at current market. I would highly recommend this company do a review of these two employees who were extremely unprofessional, lacked proper conduct, discriminated against me,an able willing and paying customer, and my pregnant wife because I did research and intern these salesman did not make a return on my decision.

Zach measured all the rooms I wanted to have flooring installed more than once, to make sure there were no errors and no over charging. Zach did everything he could do to get installation when I needed it done. I was so impressed, that I'm having 3 more rooms done and Zach was the first person I thought to call. I wouldn't have anyone else handle installation, besides Zach and his team!

I do not write negative comments often, but this was required…read more We had three tasks done for us by Premiere. We had carpet installed in our bedrooms. We had a fake wood floor installed in our living room and hallways. We also had vinyl floor tiles installed which required grout. The carpet was high quality and there was a great deal of options. It was installed without problem. For the vinyl flooring the product was also great. However, there were problems with the install. Initially, upon letting Premiere know the problems, they were able to get the crew back to finish and fix the job. On their second trip they did install a different piece of molding that did not match the rest of the molding. At this point I was really tired of dealing with the company and voicing my complaints. So I let it go. Then, several months later, there were growing, noticeable gaps Between the boards that made up the flooring. Some were large enough to allow me to place a coin in the gap. On three occasions I went to Premiere to voice concern and twice sent pictures of the gaps with coins inserted. No action occurred. Concerning the tile that was placed in the bathroom, laundry room, dining room and kitchen, once again--great product, great sales staff, price and selection. But bad install and after sales service. My wife had told me on two occasions that it looked like the grout was coming loose. I disagreed. Then several months later there were some noticeable gaps where grout had come out. The floors were never professionally cleaned or had any harsh chemicals applied. The floor was cleaned mostly with either Swiffer wet wipes or mopped with warm water that had a capful of Clorox in it. We hired Stanley Steamer to clean the tiles. When they arrived, they refused to do the job citing their worry about financial liability. They claimed that the grout did look weak, like it was not installed correctly, that the gaps were noticeable and that they felt their process would cause more of the grout to come up. They advised us to get the grout looked at and redone if needed. They felt it should not look like it did after 5 months following install. I sent pictures and text to premiere explaining this problem but did not get a reply. The bottom line is that Premiere has a wide selection of great products, competitively priced, with a pleasant sales staff. But that does not matter if the great product may or may not be installed well and there's problems with getting problems fixed afterwards.
