Good luck dealing with these fools they don't care about there customers and they will not call u back. It's been 90 days since I've first tried getting ahold of them. It's absurd. It appears that they may have moved to Orlando. If there are any customers of this company that will need warranty work, you can expect that they will ghost you now. So they came in Aug 2025, tore off all the metal, 3 layers of…read moreunderlayment, instead of tearing up and replacing the entire sheathing at that time because they installed 15/32" in Jan 2025 not 5/8" which is code ... they pulled up the plywood sheets to fix the spacing issues but when they did that they cracked multiple trusses and uprights. I now have @ $100K in damages they have left me with. I hired an engineer Nov 2025, presented Norman Dopfer Jr, the owner with that report. Instead of him correcting the issues and taking responsibility, he hired an Atty! To this date Aug 7, 2026 he has refused to sign a damage contract, hire his own engineer to look at the damages his crews caused or make any attempt to fix the leaks in my roof. I have only had underlayment on my roof since Aug 19, 2025 ... technically since Jan 29, 2025 when the tear off began. My roof has been leaking nonstop since they started my job. At one point I was told by the owner "We normally never do entire tear off and rebuilds, we only do repair work" ... THAT is obvious!! They should have NEVER taken on my job! It sits with Attys and due to his negligence my house continues to deteriorate.

Despite being out of Marco Island, the quote was actually the 2nd lowest (the first being a company that wouldn't include the "extras"). Theoretically, Mighty Fine Roofing is the lowest, but I cannot really compare exactly. The highest quote was about 75% more. Rusty was a pleasure to work with.
