He always made sure I understood what he was going to do and gained agreement from me prior to executing the work. He was able to work around my schedule and needs, due to having 2 crazy dogs. His team was here on-time, removed the tree and debris, and left the work area clean. Clayton does partner up with another company for the stump removal. The stump removal person that is used was very response and was able to remove the stump on the same day as the tree being removed. I would definitely suggest him and his team.

He called that morning to say when he would arrive and he showed up promptly and set to work. The lawn was a mess because it had been quite a while, but in no time, Jose had it looking manicured and well kept. He knows exactly what needs to be done and he takes great pride in his work. He did a beautiful job cutting our hedges and palms as well. Besides being skilled and professional, he is one of the finest young men I've met. My encouragement is to stay away from this company!…read more As a minister of the gospel for 30 years, it is fair to say I've dealt with contractors numbering in the hundreds over the years. I am fortunate to say that of all those contractors, I can count the number whose work was deficient on one hand. Of those with items of concern, ALL have been willing to talk and work through the issues. This company was sadly the ONLY exception I've ever dealt with and a grave disappointment. After seeing photos of the work (I live out of state), and having the work evaluated by a number of others in person, all of whom agreed the work was laughable at best (far less material than promised, and "sod" that looked to be nothing more than scraps of grass gathered from previous project), I reached out to the owner to have a conversation and hopefully work through the issue. The owner was not only unwilling to listen and discuss my concerns but resorted to what seemed to me to be threats and intimidation as his means of dealing with the issue. I had never dealt with this and needless to say I was shocked and saddened by his approach. The owner wanted to brag about his 30 years of experience (He later added another 10 years, I assume to sound more convincing), without seeming to understand that QUANTITY matters nothing, when QUALITY is completely missing. I would advise staying away from this company. Should you hire them, I'd strongly recommend being present when the work is being done to assure the materials and quality of work are both what was promised.

I had bids from six total vendors and Irish Brothers had the most comprehensive bid at the best initial price, and his price even beat the other folks' best-and-final-offers. I can't say enough positive about Arlo and the way he does business. Everybody I talked to was great, but Irish Brothers was just a step ahead with everything.
