We had lunch at Cheddar's today, and it was a fantastic experience!…read more I ordered the 8 oz. sirloin, and it was really good. The steak was cooked just right, seasoned well, and the quality of the meat was much better than a steak I recently had at LongHorn Steakhouse. The LongHorn steak was unfortunately a bad cut of meat--it was soggy and unpleasant, even though it was seasoned and cooked properly. When we brought our concerns to the general manager there, we didn't feel like the issue was handled very well. Our experience at Cheddar's was completely different. The server was amazing, attentive, and friendly, and the general manager was extremely nice and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the 8 oz. sirloin at Cheddar's. Great food, great service, and a management team that genuinely cares about the customer experience. I'll definitely be coming back!
