I will never return. When I first walked in, no one smiled or greeted me. I had to tell them why I was there. My hair was so sheared and butchered that I came out of there in tears. When I tried to tell her what I wanted, I was cut off more than once and the stylist, Becky, wanted to talk only about color. I stopped coloring my hair a few years ago, and told her this. Why do stylists use the straightener with someone who has thin and fine hair, a thin face, and without asking? The hair looks flat and stuck to the head. It was NOT flattering in the least.
