1st appointment, won't come back. Waited 40 minutes for appt. I was barely acknowledged upon…read morearrival. Kris was more concerned that her previous appt. To mine was able to get to her next appt. On time. Stylist Kris hadn't had said she felt a bit tired so I encouraged her to get some water and/or food, which she did. It was over 80 degrees in the shop, so I asked if she had A/C, she said yes and then she turned it on. She started to brush my hair and do haircut and her hands were shaking. I asked her if she would like to reschedule, she snapped at me and said she had reserved this time for me and just let her concentrate on haircut. I felt trapped so I let her proceed with haircut. First time in 30 years had a stylist cut hair dry. By time she was finished with haircut she said best to do color another time since she wanted to rest before her next appt. Frankly I was relieved, one of worst haircuts ever had, still growing out. I'm only writing this review so others will read before going here and having Kris as their stylist. I had read previous reviews and ratings and thought this would be a good salon to try as I was new to this area and based decision soley on ratings. Upon further examination saw that most of the ratings are from years ago. She may once have been a good stylist, now maybe time to retire.

Hearing him teach and coach Chloe during my appointment was such a nice experience and really showed how much the team values quality, education, and helping their stylists grow. I had to bring my son with me, and everyone was so accommodating and welcoming. I was nervous because it had been a very long time since I'd had a haircut, but Chloe & Matthew answered all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease. I was so happy with my haircut that I booked another appointment before I left. I'm already looking forward to coming back!

The only scene caused was by Ashlee berating me for saying I booked a full highlight . She scolded me like a two year old demanding respect . If anyone in the salon was uncomfortable it was because of her . You weren't there. Ashlee made cry . The whole thing was uncomfortable and awkward. I would be equally embarrassed as a salon Owner to say you back up your stylist 100% considering the photos I posted . Any decent stylists would admit the cut was less than acceptable and offer to fix it . I'm just. Baffled on how you're proud to have that horrendous hair cut as proof of stylist work . It's hard for me to trust someone with my hair for two reasons. My mother worked in and owned a salon for over 25 years, and I once had someone accidentally turn my hair a weird blue/green (before it was a trend). My hair is short, fine, and straight...nothing overly complicated. I called in and made an appt. for just a haircut because my hair was at least an inch too long for my liking. I showed up early for the appt. and was greeted by a friendly gentleman at the counter. When my hair stylist arrived, she was welcoming and friendly and invited me over to her station. I did notice that everyone working in the salon had really beautifully colored, styled, and well taken care of her....except for my stylist. She had very long, frizzy hair with extremely faded color. I'm not judging, however, I do consider it when choosing a stylist. Your own hair in this particular profession is a showcase of your work. If you can't take care of your own hair, then why would I trust you with mine? I felt like I was clear in asking for what I wanted...basically and inch or so off the bottom. My hair does angle forward - longer in the front than in the back, but the cut should be easy enough, or so I thought. My haircut took approximately 2 hours (that's without the shampoo and conditioning which I declined). TWO HOURS. I didn't schedule for that much time. And, she started with the back, so I couldn't see what she was doing, but it felt like she was cutting one or two hairs at a time, and based on how long it took her, maybe she was. When she got around to the front, her cut didn't seem right for the sharper angle I originally had, but I assumed she knew what she was doing. She also never asked where I part my hair, and assumed I parted it in the middle (which I don't), and cut it in that way. My stylist was pleasant and chatty, but she was told that another client was coming in and I could tell that she felt a little under the gun, since it was taking so long. She struggled to get the sides even, and had a hard time with the angle cut...I definitely lost a lot of the sharpness. She rushed through the blow dry and style, which made me look like I had a BOB cut, but I was hoping it would look better when I got home. After washing it out, it's doable, but it's a little too short, barely angled anymore (which I miss, because it made the look more modern for me), the cut looked weird if I parted it a little to the left (like I normally do), and it took way too long! They have lots of great reviews, but I doubt I will return.

The salon itself is bright, fun and clean. All of the employees seem genuine and passionate about their work (their own hair reflects that!) (She cut my hair prior) Randee was able to discuss the realistic ability about blonde-ing my previous dyed hair. I have medical issues leaving a bag connected to me 24/7. Randee's accommodation for helping me to the bathroom, shampoo bowl, etc... the hair came out beautiful. My wife and I weren't sure as it was a pretty penny, however I can CONFIDENTLY say Randee provided the most calm, soft nice space for me to get my hair done. Sitting in a chair for hours can suck- not with Randee! You know those AMAZING hair transformations you see for hair inspo on Instagram?
