Went to get my hair done a few weeks ago, and booked with someone new at The Wright Look. It's been…read morealmost 3 years since I got a haircut, so I was pretty excited, but a little nervous. I have previously seen Kaitlyn, who always has been absolutely spectacular. Perhaps it was my own fault for assuming that everyone would be able to replicate Kaitlyn's work but after I got home and tried to settle it myself I realized it was not at all what I had asked for. I wouldn't even say it was necessarily a bad cut, but very different than I was looking for. I don't want to name the stylist as I think she did try her best, it just wasn't a good fit for me. She was kind and friendly and I think for other people she would probably do some great cuts, it just wasn't good on my hair or what I had hoped for. The most frustrating part was that I did call to try and see if I could get in to have somebody fix my hair, because it was not what I asked for. I called twice. The first time the phone disconnected, which was probably nothing to do with them. I was calling from Ukiah and service there is patchy sometimes. However, I did call again the next day and left a message asking for someone to return my call and never received one. I didn't leave a whole lot of detail in the message, but I did leave my name and phone number and let them know that I just gotten my haircut and I would like to have some thing redone. I would've happily paid to have Kaitlyn fix my hair, but I never got a call back. I will say that the person I went to at another salon confirmed that there were no layers as I had requested, and that my bangs were not even as the stylist had barely brushed them out. Sassy's Salon was able to get me in fairly quickly and did fix my hair in under a half an hour which I was incredibly grateful for.

A Remarkable Journey to Rejuvenation: HydraFacial MD with Lymphatic Drainage -- truly the BEST…read morefacial I've ever received! I recently embarked on a transformative skincare journey that left me utterly amazed and rejuvenated. I had the pleasure of experiencing the HydraFacial MD with Lymphatic Drainage, and I must say, it was an absolute game-changer. From start to finish, every aspect of this cutting-edge facial was extraordinary, leaving me with skin that looks and feels fifteen years younger. The moment I walked into the spa, I was greeted by Brenda and she instantly put me at ease. Brenda, is incredibly knowledgeable and an attentive aesthetician. Brenda took the time to understand my skincare concerns and goals. Her expertise in using the HydraFacial MD were evident, and she patiently answered all of my questions, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I've had microdermabrasion sessions at other spas, but this is on a whole other level. It's like comparing a Ford Taurus to a Lamborghini! The HydraFacial MD itself is a revolutionary facial treatment that employs state-of-the-art technology to cleanse, exfoliate, extract, and hydrate the skin. Combining this advanced technology with the additional benefit of Lymphatic Drainage took the experience to another level entirely. The facial began with a gentle and thorough cleansing, followed by an exfoliation process that removed dead skin cells and impurities, revealing a fresh and radiant complexion beneath. Brenda, skillfully and gently performed lymphatic drainage, utilizing precise movements to encourage toxin elimination and reduce any puffiness or swelling. This technique not only enhanced the overall effectiveness of the treatment but also left me feeling wonderfully refreshed! The highlight of the HydraFacial MD was the extraction process, where impurities and congestion were expertly removed from my pores without any discomfort. This step was followed by an infusion of nourishing serums, tailored to my specific skin concerns. The hydration stage left my skin feeling plump, moisturized, and remarkably revitalized. As the HydraFacial MD reached its conclusion, I couldn't help but admire the stunning transformation that had taken place. My skin was visibly smoother, brighter, and more youthful-looking. The acne scars and fine lines that troubled me seemed to have vanished into thin air. I couldn't believe my eyes--I truly looked fifteen years younger! I'll definitely be back! Thank you again!

The appointment was for 1:45pm but when we got there at 1:40pm the sign said will return at 2pm. Then at 1:47pm I received a text and email stating my appointment had expired. So we walked in anyways and there was one person who was fully booked and the person I was originally booked with wasn't even there. If you want people to solely book online you may want to update your schedule. Because there were openings from 1:30pm-5:15pm available online. I was incredibly disappointed at the communication. I was also charged a $5 fee to hold my appointment and it was not removed. I had to contact my card company to dispute the charge.

I found Sugar Spice as a recommendation on the Knott (even though I actually did my wedding planning on Wedding Wire). I reached out to her, filled out her questionnaire, and she got in touch with me quickly! I got a call on my phone and only a few minutes in, I was sold that she was the one that had to do my makeup. By this time I had a couple backup options but I selected Anita out of the few. She paid attention to what I wanted, she's easy to talk to, and she made me feel comfortable. My one constructive criticism is that I wish there was better time management. My hair gal took a little longer than expected (not Anita's fault) but later on, I realized that maybe during this time Anita could have done my tattoo coverage or the groom hair styling while I was getting my hair done (this was going to be a bonus anyway and he didn't even need any hair styling he's just so handsome). It was nice that when I was done with hair, she had a cute set up for me in the corner and brought her dad to photograph the process too! I ended up running late for my own ceremony but despite my nerves acting up, Anita made sure not to rush her final touches. Also bonus was that because of my tardiness, a close friend who was coming to the venue as a guest, was running super late and had I not been late, she would have missed the whole ceremony anyway so it worked out! Anita tried to keep me calm and gave me words of encouragement when I started feeling stressed/frazzled which was really sweet of her to do. I don't think I even said bye or thank you but I really did enjoy my makeup look and got tons of compliments! I'll be visiting her some day in the future when I return to Clearlake area for a facial!
