I asked for a trim and it was very badly done. Also it was EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. I got charged 65$ for a simple trim I could've done at home but I wanted it professionally done yet nothing about this salon experience was professional. This salon may look nice inside but it's misleading. I needed to get it fixed because it looked terrible. So i went to a different place, to luscious beauty bar in willits and they did my trim for 15$ bucks (50 dollar difference) for a extremely professional and quick trim. It was perfectly fixed. I just wish I went there first and not belli because their prices are ridiculous and quality of service is lazy.
