I still tipped and paid $50 as I always do, but after I got home I noticed multiple issues with my cuts; They did not blend my hair, they cut it to different lengths, and were genuinely not happy to be cutting my hair. After my multiple negative experiences, I purchased a 3-sided mirror, clipper set and scissor set from Amazon. I have cut my hair myself now 3 times and have done a better job than the Barbers at R.A.D. Studios. All of my equipment has already paid for itself and now I am saving money and getting a better haircut. If you are a male or have a simple cut, I would recommend this option as R.A.D. When I showed her how I booked it through the website link, it turned out a former employee had hijacked her Yelp page, which was redirecting clients to a faulty booking system.Despite the confusion, the owner agreed to honor my 11:00 AM appointment. I arrived early at 10:45 AM and noticed she was still working on another client. When I asked how much longer it would take, she promised 15 minutes. Instead, she spent the next 45 minutes dealing with Yelp customer service. While I sat there waiting, I had to listen to her repeatedly berate the customer service representative, aggressively bragging about being a business owner and threatening them with lawyers.By 11:45 AM--now 45 minutes late--she finally brought me back. When I honestly told her I was upset about the long delay, she brushed it off, saying she "had to take care of that Yelp thing." I told her that my time as a customer matters too, especially since she had already canceled on me once before.At that point, she threatened to refuse my service entirely. I kept complaining how it hurt and she said it's OK just work through it and then I felt like the session was going longer than we agreed on. We agreed on one hour for a particular prize. She then proceeded to massage me longer than I asked for while she was hurting me. I asked her to stop please as I was feeling uncomfortable and very upset. She said oh your bill is higher because I did more work on you. I did not agree to that and the whole time she was hurting me while I was asking her to stop and she continued. I left very upset and angry not how you want to feel after a massage. I felt taken advantage of and the service was horrendous because her massage techniques were inappropriate.
