I'm always like skeptical about places that aren't upfront with their prices. And even when I got there to look at their services/price menu in person, I still didn't see the facial my friend recommended, but I got it anyway. It's called the UltaSonic Facial, and I got it with a double peel. It was $90, which isn't bad. My friend has a membership with them, where you can get 25% off of each facial each time you go, so maybe that's an option for you. Crosby is the only aesthetician there, so you can't just go in any day. You'll have to come in on a day that works with her schedule. Everyone was so nice! It was so relaxing, I feel asleep for a second. I definitely would go again, and probably will go again, and get an anti aging facial, especially since Crosby spent so much time on my face, she made it educational and gave me some tips on how I can take better care of my face at home. At the end, she recommended a couple products that would give me glowing skin, but unfortunately they were about $100 a piece, so I passed. I may end up buying them when I go back though. Overall, fantastic experience!

I worked in a medical office I know how normal protocol works and what is proper etiquette. Here's the problem I have-SOMEONE IN THAT OFFICE CALLED ME AND RESCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY AT 8am. even though the front desk girl with the tattoo on her left arm argued with me that no one would do that there- so basically called a PATIENT a liar. When I asked if I could be scheduled she said we don't take walk-ins. Nah dip chocolate chip but at this point you owe me an appointment. Here's the best part, I am trying to be seen for a shoulder injury since my insurance won't allow me to go to an urgent care I had to see a pcp- gets even better my insurance ends on the 31st so now because of the front desk's mistake I can't be seen until my new insurance kicks in which will be 3 months from now. Also tried to speak to the clinic manager- she denied me of that too. You need to fire your girl at the front- sorry but not sorry I worked in the medical field I know that it's hard to maintain a smile during some patient visits but to outright deny them- is not okay. I will be calling daily to speak to the clinic manager. Your front desk turned a patient away- who was crying she was in so much pain- I already had to wait to be seen. and then you do this.

Rochele has always made me feel comfortable, un-pressured with treatment options, and always does an exceptional job of educating me on my results/conditions. The waiting area is always sparkling clean, and I usually only wait about 5 minutes before being called back, then another 5-10 minutes to see Rochele (unheard of with most family medical practices which usually make you wait sometimes 30-60 minutes before seeing the medical provider). Along with the medical practice, there is also an Airrosti location within the facilities, which treats musculoskeletal conditions with conservative care and transparent costs. There is also a Quest diagnostics testing center located here as well, which makes getting blood drawn/testing SUPER efficient and convenient! I came in contact with Perfect Solution based on my mother's recommendation. I was not overweight,…read morebut had done my annual wellness exam and was surprised that my cholesterol & LDL levels were very high (over the "accepted normal limit"). I thought that it was because it may have been hereditary considering my mother had the same issue (though she successfully lowered both her levels back to normalcy with a nutrition plan). Instead of having the doctor prescribe medication to lower cholesterol & LDL, I decided to do a nutrition plan for three months. In the beginning I was a bit skeptical because I thought I had a good balanced diet, nutrition & exercise plan (since I was fit due to all the exercise I did). While consulting with Cecilia, I learned that even though I was "eating healthy" I was combining the the wrong types of foods & superfoods in my meals which were the culprits & reason for my high cholesterol, triglycerides & LDL. Not only did I learn how to eat well, but was also educated on what a "true" healthy nutrition plan for me was. Cecilia took the time to teach me what types of meals (plant based vs. animal based proteins worked for me). Additionally she educated me on what types of foods to eat to not loose my muscle mass. Overall, I learned that this wasn't a "3 month plan" but a lifestyle change. At the end of my 3 month plan, and after new blood work, I was able to accomplish an my goal of lowering my cholesterol (from 215 to 164), LDL (from 116 to 105) & Triglycerides (273 to 56). Again, even though you work out, are "fit & lean" and might not be "over weight", you can still have high cholesterol, LDL, or triglyceride problems due to how you are combining fitness shakes & "healthy meals". I highly recommend Perfect Solutions, regardless of what your situation may be, but if you want an alternative to medication for a similar situation (high cholesterol), their nutrition education is proven to work.
