When i walked in, Hannah and NP greeted me and answered all my questions. Their pricing is very reasonable and the fact that they offer payment plans is a huge plus!! I've been to other laser clinics and usually you have to pay per session or bundle 4 to 6 sessions; occasionally some hair will grow back as expected but here the sessions are unlimited, so you never have to worry about stubborn hair growing back ever again!! They really take care of you, forever! NOW THATS EXCELLENT SERVICE. I look forward to my appointment and am ecstatic for the ending results. i haven't even gone in yet for my first appointment and so far i'm loving this place!!! Highly recommend, i told a friend and they've already set up a consultation. UPDATED REVIEW 12/1/2022 Still happy with them, they have a referral program if you have any friends or family that want to go. I've heard that they are more expensive compared to other places but their lifetime guarantee is priceless for me and i don't mind paying extra if that means i won't have to pay again in a few years if any hair comes back. Laser is sometimes a little painful but it's bearable. The appts are not too long either so that's another plus. I will never pay per session ever again at any other business because Milan Laser will take care of me for life no matter where i am as long as there is a location by me from what i was told by the receptionist that's great!
