The office manager is professional and explains the process, and the front desk receptionist is warm and friendly. It might seem pricey for the initial amount but if you calculate the sessions and body areas it actually is cheaper than any any other laser hair removal I have found in the surrounding area. Apparently they have a guarantee as well. This is one of the higher end lasers. You don't want to use IPL, this is a Candela Gentle Max laser.
