This place is always fully stocked and in a convenient location. However, when you first walk in you are greeted by security camera photos of people who have stolen from them, which wouldn't be an issue if there weren't disgusting comments written by the employees on each one. I couldn't even bring myself to take a picture of them bc it was just so inappropriate and over the top. The young girls working the cashier are always clueless with just enough attitude to irritate me. If the photos in the front are any indication of how the owners run their business and treat ppl, then it is no wonder the employee morale is consistently at rock bottom. I would rather buy my hair gel at a dollar tree than to give these folks a cent more of my hard earned money. read more

I visited the store yesterday to purchase braiding hair but decided a wanted a different color. So I went back to the store today but I misplaced my receipt. I had the transaction on my phone to show them I purchased the hair from their store only to be profiled. They accused me "allowing" the store clerk to ring me up for 4 packs of hair instead of 5. I didnt even have the receipt nor did I even pay attention to the receipt that 4 packs were rung up instead of 5. They were able to print my receipt to show proof of purchase. Then they tell me they will have to charge me for the 5th pack of hair a day later and took 1 pack of the hair off of the counter! Like how am I penalized for their store clerk making a mistake? The packs didnt even have the individual price stickers on the hair so how was i supposed to know the price?! After a lit of back and forth I just asked for a refund and out my card in the card reader. You know the guy had a nerve to say to me CAN YOU READ?! IT SAYS SWIPE CARD! Oh yes he got cursed out. That was so disrespectful! I was so pissed that cursing him out wasn't enough and for him to say I knew that the girl rang me up for 4 packs! Like its $5 and you're rude to your customers. This store is big with an array of selections to meet your needs, however, I did not find the staff friendly or helpful. I stopped to get clip in extensions and was being helped by a woman that was working on something, and she acted bothered to help me. I love coming to this beauty supply store. I travel from bear just to get to this store. There is always a great selection and a wide variety of inventory. I just wish that they had a more helpful staff. The women in there seem young and sometimes not interested in helping. I've often had to ask the owner to get hair for me because the girls were either wondering around or extremely busy trying to work down the line of customer waiting to check out. read more
