I will say a special shout out to my current masseuse Michelle. I cannot properly express or articulate how good she is. From finding EVERY single knot (sometimes before I knew it was there) to being able to efficiently work them out has been amazing. Would highly recommend this spot and HIGHLY recommend Michelle.

Unfortunately, my experience the second time around was just as disappointing. The biggest issue for me was that the focus seemed to be more on selling memberships and expensive add-ons than on providing quality massage services. Every visit felt like there was pressure to purchase extras such as aromatherapy and other upgrades, all of which I found to be overpriced. On top of that, the pricing structure felt confusing and, at times, like there were hidden fees. The cost of services seemed to vary depending on the day of the week or the therapist, which was frustrating. I prefer straightforward, transparent pricing so I know exactly what I'm paying upfront, and that wasn't my experience here. I also wasn't impressed with the quality of the massages. The therapists were inconsistent, and after my last massage, I actually left in pain. That experience was the final reason I decided to cancel my membership. The cancellation process is where the customer service issues really became apparent. When I cancelled, I was told via text that I had one remaining massage credit to use. I signed the cancellation agreement, but admittedly (my bad) I overlooked the section stating that unused credits expire after 60 days. Three months later, I contacted the business to schedule my final massage and was informed that my credit had expired. While I acknowledge that I should have read the agreement more carefully, I was disappointed that no one mentioned the 60-day expiration when they told me I had a remaining credit. Since I had already paid for that service, I asked if they would consider honoring the credit as a courtesy. They said they would discuss it with the owner and get back to me. More than a week later, I still have not received a response. At this point, it's less about the massage credit and more about the lack of customer service. The combination of aggressive upselling, underwhelming massage quality, and poor follow-through left me feeling like the business was more focused on generating revenue than taking care of its clients. There are many massage options available, and I've personally had much better experiences elsewhere with better pricing, better service, and better results.

But Sarah got all knots without leaving me bruised and beaten like my previous masseuse at other establishments. Don't get me wrong she went in on my worse parts and yet still so soothing and relaxing. She even cared enough to tell me to make sure I sit correctly and straighten my back while sitting. I am by far greatly appreciated of how well these ladies treat their clientele. Chaba y'all are doing something right. This will forever be my favorite massage place to come to.

Highlights: - The prices are reasonable ($90 for a 60 minute massage), and you can tip with Venmo. - The ambiance is great - dim lighting with Thai elements, lots of private rooms and everything feels super clean, warm beds so you're not left chilly. - Easy online appointment booking system. - I had an awesome massage that got out all my soreness and kinks. - They give you a delicious tea and little tea cookie at the very end. Feeling totally relaxed now and felt this was money and time well spent!
