She is the BEST. Hence, it took seversl times of sessions and mostly 90 minutes of sessions for 3 weeks as my issues are big but they were so worth it. I was able to sleep 5-6 hours after the first 2 sessions. After the last session I was able to sleep 8 hours! No more insomnia. My body was all sore, tight, and ache-y and Kim knew it. She asked when was the last time I had a massage? Lol. Well more than a year ago! She gave hard massages so beware of the pressure but I love this kind of massage since it will fix my body. The cancellation process is where the customer service issues really became apparent. When I cancelled, I was told via text that I had one remaining massage credit to use. While I acknowledge that I should have read the agreement more carefully, I was disappointed that no one mentioned the 60-day expiration when they told me I had a remaining credit. Since I had already paid for that service, I asked if they would consider honoring the credit as a courtesy. They said they would discuss it with the owner and get back to me. More than a week later, I still have not received a response. At this point, it's less about the massage credit and more about the lack of customer service. The combination of aggressive upselling, underwhelming massage quality, and poor follow-through left me feeling like the business was more focused on generating revenue than taking care of its clients.
