I've been coming here for several decades since they opened and I've always really enjoyed this place. It is unfortunate that the Nordstrom's had taken away the live piano player which I thought brought some really great ambience and differentiated them in the market. However, this Nordstrom is definitely well stocked all year-round and carries a heck of a lot more product than the Woodfield or the Skokie location. Also, what I love about Nordstrom even after all these years is that they are very well staffed. No matter where you go in the store there's always someone willing and ready to help. I think it also helps because the Nordstrom sales staff is in fact incentivized. Over the years, the store has also changed, especially with the offerings from the café coffee shop restaurant, etc. However, when they first opened, I was in my teens if not early 20s and that particular section of the store always had some of the best selection. I saw the documentary as a means to "pay it forward" to all of the Radante team the for the unique and personalized care. I remember my first visit which was for critical tooth extraction, my habits were not healthy. With shame and fear of what the result of my neglect may be... now I can look at my smile each morning with pride (while flossing) for the rest of my life. If it was not for the humble honesty, persistence and transparency of the Radante team in restoring my oral health, I'd be looking in the mirror today ashamed. I still have bad habits to break, as well as good habits to make but the foundation set through the work will stand as a reminder for all my years to come.
