I arrived at 6:44 p.m. came straight from work and in an intensely rude and unprofessional way was told that I was not to be served as the pharmacy was going on a meal break at 645p despite arriving seconds after the person in front of me who was helped. Parking lot is completely full - I had to drive around at least three times before I got lucky and found a spot. Multiple other drivers also looking for spots at the same time. The reason is likely that it is located near the down town so people park here and then go walk around, but it's a huge inconvenience. The fact that there is no drive-thru only adds to the problem. To be honest, I couldn't even go into the store - just dropped the wife off at the front while I looked around for parking, so I can't comment on anything in the store but based off the difficulty with finding parking I will not be returning to this Walgreens. read more

Parking and driving around there sucks. But this is not their fault. I was at the pharmacy and (I wish I got her name) saved me with my prescriptions. I was having the worst day. I had to pay a ton for my doctors apt and then she came out and told me with insurance how much my medications were. I started crying. I have good jobs but still like everyone in moments we struggle. It was so so so so much money for 2 bottles of cream for my face. I was seriously panicking. She ended up helping me every way she could as much as she could and saved me prob hundreds of dollars. She went out of her way to help. I am very grateful. These people go up and beyond. I hopefully can look normal again soon. I owe her! read more

Not the biggest Walgreens store, but obviously space is at a premium in the city. Pharmacy staff is always knowledgeable & helpful.

This was the most awful experience I have had in a long time. The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. He was pleasant to the White customers in front of me and my friend. When it was our turn he was very frustrated with us just because we asked for a coupon book; he literally threw the coupon book at us! And he was huffing and puffing the whole time while we were looking for the coupon. I felt very discriminated against and I was trying to be polite and even said thank you sir and he didn't even acknowledge me. I'm very disappointed with this Walgreens location and feel that this employee should be reprimanded for his behavior. He is giving Walgreens a very bad name. I suggest sending him to anger Manangement and diversity classes to educate him on how to handle people with respect and dignity. read more

This is a smaller Walgreens which does not have a drive thru. The staff are friendly and I like that the staff will tell customers who are not following the mask mandate to mask up. Jeanne in the cosmetic area is great, very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I feel like this Walgreens has that family Walgreens feeling to it as Jimmy at the checkout seems to know customers by name. Giving 4 stars because of no drive thru, otherwise I would give 5. read more

The closest drugstore for me. Convenient for my Chase visits or my Jewel Osco visits. My wife prefers here...as opposed to CVS (which I go to more). We get our prescriptions at CVS and use Walgreen for sundries. Convenience/Location is what Walgreen is for me. A 10 minujte walk away!! read more

I think that the store has everything that is needed for a regular Walgreens but the service of the manager was not very nice I know my daughter who got banned from the store for bouncing a bouncy ball got in trouble and was very disappointed about it because she is always at the store and is probably a very good customer but I am also not sure because you know that kids always like to mess around but as far as I know she was threatening to have a police called on her if she walked back in the store for getting in trouble again for bouncing a ball which I don't think it's very appropriate especially to bring the police involved with a child Who is 13 years old I just don't think that's very appropriate or responsible for the manager to do and it was not a very good action and if something really would have happen badly I would hope they would ask to call the parent or talk to them and not go to the authorities for something that is very unreasonable. My daughter was sobbing and crying because she did not understand what had happened wrongly and what she had done so I was not very happy that they got pleasure out of being mean to a 13-year-old and I'm not OK with it read more

I can really only speak to the cosmetics section, but I went there completely clueless. The lady who worked at cosmetics, a lovely woman by the name on Jeanne, helped me so much -- by the time I left, I felt like I could be a pro. Service was informative but not pushy, thoughtful to my ignorance, tailored to me specifically, and thoroughly pleasant. I would definitely return again-- in my case, the Walgreens employee was knowledgeable from past experience in the field of cosmetology, not just any random employee filling the spot, and I felt like she'd go out of her way to help me. Likewise, employees at the checkout were friendly and smiling, willing to make conversation. Great selection of products, great service! read more

More problems to count at this Walgreens! This morning I went to the pharmacy at 8 AM because that is when the website says they open. I arrive and it is closed. The unhelpful sales associate says they open at 9 AM and didn't seem to care that their website is wrong. I've had multiple problems over the years with this location.
