My mom also started going with me, and she feels the exact same way about their whole entire team. I have gotten services from several different people in there, and every single person has gone above and beyond to make me feel special, and have my service be nothing short of amazing. The front staff ALONE should win an award for their customer service. I am telling you they absolutely go above and beyond. They talk to you like you're their best friend and i'm not over exaggerating! I have also been over the top happy with my botox results. I started coming for my wedding, but will never stop coming to see these guys. I feel that I look the best I ever have thanks to them. Lisa did such a great job re-opening my earring hole, but also added a matching second hole in my right ear. i also mentioned that I was struggling with chapped lips and right away she had the perfect products for me. just a couple days later and my lips have healed up completely. And the store has now added a high quality reasonably priced boutique for kids. My friend is about to welcome her first grandchild so I can't wait to pick up a gift once the baby arrives! I've been to Dr Kovak many times for different issues, but the first time was to get rid of the…read moreappearance of veins under my eyes and few spider veins on my face that occurred as a result of waxing away that peach fuzz (eye veins unrelated). Dr Kovak is very compassionate and reasonable with the prices. I paid far more at a random laser center when I received a treatment for over 150 that did nothing where as Dr. Kovak zapped the tiny area for basically nothing after doing my under eye area which was very reasonable. I had done fillers from another doc long before I knew Dr Kovak and it wasn't a good experience for me, Dr Kovak is someone I've come to trust. That previous doctor was giving me vitrase in order to dissolve the product that migrated to above and below my lips and used a bit of steriod in the mix for the nodules I developed and it cause a dent/indentation or atrophy in my upper lip that looked pretty bad. So I went back to Dr Kovak to help fix the issue. I did my own research into successful treatments for atrophy and came across many studies on saline injections that reverse the atrophy over time by diluting the steriod crystals that prevent the fat tissue from regenerating. Dr. Kovak was concerned that I had steriod put in my face and he said you may need filler to fill the area because it may be permanent but he would be willing to try the saline injections first that I asked about... he suggested 3 times once a month. The studies I read they used a protocol of 1 time a week 4 to 6 times and when I mentioned that to Dr the next time I saw him and He said okay! Let's do it! He clearly cares about and listens to his patients and he doesn't have that large ego you're used to seeing with very successful Drs like him. I love this man, we need more Drs like him in the world. So far, I've had 3 saline injections and the indentation is getting less and less. The dr noticed it changing too. I am blessed to have found him. I saw a review that compared oak brook terrace to villa Park and she sounds sad. Hopefully she gets help with that delusion and finds a dr that's more her vibration and I don't envy that person. Thank you Dr Kovak, I'll only come to you when I try for fillers again. So blessed to have found you.

Gave them a try again, the charge per area not per unit, no matter how little or how much you get you will be charged by the area, at my two week mark I still had movement in my face so I came back for a touch up and they tried to charge me for the touch up, even though you can't pay per unit. I am under the impression that if you charge by area and need a touch up then you shouldn't be charged. It's completely laughable. I will never come here again.

She was annoyed my hair was still somewhat wet and she said to make sure I wash it the night before and to tell all my bridesmaids to wash it the night before. Ok, not an issue. The makeup portion went fine we had a good conversation, so things were looking up. I think she did a great job on my eyes, but I really wanted some great contouring and I don't think she did that. Hair, this is where we went downhill. She said my hair was dry. I apologized and promised to use product before the wedding. She said not to use product the week before because she wouldn't be able to do anything with it, I've never heard of such a thing. I asked for two pieces left out to curl to frame my face. While trying to curl them she said she didn't like these pieces and asked if she can just CUT them off! She was frustrated I didn't have extensions. And I told her I was open to them if it was needed to achieve the look and if she couldn't do that without them to focus on either the updo part or just curl the bottom. Idk why, but she teased the bottom. It looked like a rats nest. I don't understand how she could leave it like that. How would that make me want to come back with my bridal party!? Maybe I was just an inconvenience and she didn't want me to come back? Really disappointed. As soon as I saw it I said thank you and paid $150. I didn't bother to comment or ask her to change anything cause at that point I knew I'd be going elsewhere.

I saw the documentary as a means to "pay it forward" to all of the Radante team the for the unique and personalized care. I remember my first visit which was for critical tooth extraction, my habits were not healthy. With shame and fear of what the result of my neglect may be... now I can look at my smile each morning with pride (while flossing) for the rest of my life. If it was not for the humble honesty, persistence and transparency of the Radante team in restoring my oral health, I'd be looking in the mirror today ashamed. I still have bad habits to break, as well as good habits to make but the foundation set through the work will stand as a reminder for all my years to come. To me that is the confidence a good smile brings I would not have had the confidence to participate in a documentary on oral health! I feel like Dr. Ivan has completely changed my life for the better. And that's an understatement. I'm finally happy with my smile and living pain free without any of the issues I had before. I went completely out of my way to get to this office (about a 45 min drive each way). And I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere now. The icing on the cake was I never felt a bit of pain through the entire process. Every single staff member is kind and honest.
