This is my first time back since switching back to them and I'm thinking maybe the depression isn't as bad as dealing with Walgreens is... They call to say my meds haven't been picked up... would have been cool to know they were ready!!! Now I'm calling and no one answers. Always says they're busy. If you can't handle the customer load then maybe make some changes, don't just keep doing the same old thing knowing it isn't working for the customers!

I appreciate you're busy but it's ridiculous that for more than a half hour there have been two callers ahead of me and no one can answer the phone. Then there was one caller ahead of me. An hour and 8 minutes into the call, when I picked up my meds at the pharmacy. I was still on hold. So I mentioned I had been hiking over an hour so maybe their phone wasn't working. The gentleman informed me in no uncertain terms that the phones were working but they were busy. To be exact, he said, "Every hand in here is working, we don't have time to answer the phone".

Second time braiding Started an hour and a half after appt…read moretime so I wasn't too happy with that, but I know that happens often and I'm used to it. I got box braids this time and they looked Fantastic the first week. Lovvvved them. The owner started the braids and then had two other women finishing them so they were done in under two hours! This is how to not be in the chair all day people! Fast forward 7th day and we have major slippage. Most of the braids are a full inch from the scalp now. I'm pretty sure because she wrapped around hair. You can see in pic. I was sure these would last a month or more but 2 weeks in and I don't think I feel confident that some just won't fall out. I've been doing a braid over the top and big buns so you can't see the slipping, although I would prefer her to be able to wear down. If we do go back we'll probably do cornrows again or crochet. I like that her shop is large and kept clean and she's friendly.
