My friends and I made a reservation and we were seen immediately. All the technicians were so kind and friendly. I panicked for a moment when I realized the tech was going to paint my toes and she hadn't done the massage yet, and she explained to me that the gel needs to be done first or the oils from the massage would prevent the gel from processing appropriately. Both nail technicians ended up doing the worst job ever, all of our nails are different length the color she used was old and peeled of the next day, and when we went back the next day we was yelled even though we spent 120 each on services that didn't lasted more than one day. I would not recommend you spend your money at Keri salon it's the worst nail salon ever and they have no clue what customer services is very disappointing.
