I have gotten massages from licensed professionals and tend to the avoid the massage places in…read moretown. But my fiance wanted to get one together so we tried a new place. I was extremely disappointed in my 60 min deep tissue massage. The person just rubbed oil all over my body. He barely massaged me, didn't use his elbows and it was definitely not a deep tissue. He spent 10 min rubbing my neck in the same spot. One thing that made me uncomfortable is that he completely REMOVED the blanket when it was time to work on my legs. I was cold and uncomfortable. I couldn't even enjoy it. I was on my stomach laying down with nothing but the towel over my butt. What he should have done is cover one half of my body, work on it then cover the other side. I was completely exposed. I will not be returning back and do not recommend this place. Although the inside was clean and peaceful.

I asked the person if it was his first time there and he said yes. I wonder if my treatment was because I was a person of color? The massage itself was good. The masseuse answered the phone several times during the massage and even went out the room to greet customers - shortening the time of my massage. While I was dressing after the massage, she came into the room to make up the room for a waiting client - did not change the sheets and towels but turned them over. When I questioned her, she said they change the sheets daily. Then she asked if I was giving her a tip to which I said "no." I do not recommend this salon.

Her full-body 60 min massage with hot stone therapy and medical oil proved magnificent. Chelsea truly worked wonders with my shoulder, my neck and my back. She focused on the affected area, applying just the right amount of pressure and really working with the muscles until they had relaxed. The medical oil soothed and calmed the tenseness in my muscles. I immediately felt better walking out and had significantly less shoulder pain. This morning, I woke up pain free for the first time in a month. I don't know what Chelsea did, but my intuition said to trust her, so I did and it has paid off. I cannot describe how glad I am that she helped me get rid of my shoulder inflammation. I will definitely be going back here in the future. Thank you so much Chelsea!
