This was hands down one of the best massages I've ever had! Jenn did an absolutely amazing job. I…read morehighly Recommend using the hot Stones. I left a message and they immediately called me back. I booked another appointment right away. She tackled my problem areas that have been needing attention for a long time and I will finally have a good nights sleep!

Came for a prenatal massage. Left very disappointed. I've had prenatal massages in the past and…read morethis one was the most expensive and the most lackluster. I'm an OBGYN and from their services today you can tell they don't accommodate pregnant women often. 2 stars are because everyone was nice. I just don't think they're trained in depth to serve the needs of pregnant women (ie I was told they couldn't do a foot scrub because it's too "vigorous" and I reported edema.) that's medically not a thing. I also feel my massage therapist was very dainty and soft. I wanted more of a lymphatic style massage to help relieve foot, ankle, and lower leg edema which we discussed at the start. I feel like time was wasted doing ineffective things (ie holding pressure on my neck for several minutes with no movement.) Pregnancy pillow was also extremely uncomfortable. I wasn't asked at all how the pressure was (which is odd since that's a basic of any massage.) I was looking for a bells and whistles massage. Despite their advertising, this was extremely basic (not even a hot towel on the feet or face was used.) Leaving disappointed and $160 (for a 70 min massage) in the hole with no relief.

From the owner: Swedish Massage - The most well known massage technique. This is your "I just need to relax and…read moretake a break from reality" massage Deep Tissue Massage - Techniques that utilize deep-tissue/deep-muscle massage to concentrate on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia [the connective tissue surrounding muscle]. Pregnancy Massage - This massage is performed on pregnant women to help relax, relieve stress, reduce pregnancy discomforts and concerns and enhances the physiological and emotional well-being of both the mother and fetus. Hot Stone Massage - Basic massage techniques using heated stones to help relax your muscles using thermotherapy. The stones are heated 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit. Chinese Medicine - Chinese Medicine is a holistic healing system based on natural philosophy and Buddhist psychology that has developed on the Chinese plateau over the past 4000 years. Chinese Medicine offers an integrated approach to health using individualized diet and lifestyle modifications, unique herbal therapies, and physical therapies. Chinese Massage - Chinese Massage is one of the physical therapies central to mind-body prevention and treatment in Chinese medicine. I strongly believe massage can alleviate symptoms related to today's fast-pace and high-stress lifestyle.
