First visit for each of our family members resulted in very expensive recommendations. They advised me that my son needed seven cavities filled, my husband needed periodontal cleaning, and that I needed a filling. My husband went forward with his periodontal work, declined one of the services they recommended, and they billed it to our insurance anyway. It was declined as not covered and they tried to bill us for services that were not provided. I met with the dentist about my son's plan of care, and she didn't really give me any valid evidence that he needed all seven fillings. So I had my son get a second opinion at our previous dentist and he needed one filling not seven! I would not trust a recommended treatment plan from this dental office.
