I have been seeing Gia for about 6 years now and would not trust my hair to anyone else, well, except her partner Jess who works in the salon with her. ;) In fact, I drive all the way from Westerville to get to her. Beauty Trends provides expert coloring, styling, hair care and facial waxing for prices well below high end salons and in a casual, friendly, small town feel environment. None of that stuffy, impersonal, client shuffling that you pay $150+ for in those types. My hair has never looked better, and Gia is truly magical with her colors, however, she will tell you, she's not a miracle worker, so you have to be realistic and endure a process if there is drastic color change. She is up front and honest and there are no hidden surprises. If you are looking for a stylist change, give them a call! They are often able to get you in quickly!

Gia met with me and advised how many visits it would take and approximately how much it would cost. She was honest, realistic, and reasonable. It did take several visits over the course of a few months to get the color I desired, but I'm absolutely thrilled with the results and I've been a loyal customer ever since. Not only does she know her stuff, she's also a wonderful person with a great sense of humor who is so much fun to talk to. Her salon is bright and cute with gorgeous flooring and new, comfortable chairs. There's a Keurig with a variety of drinks available, too! Today, I drove again from Westerville about 45 minutes to find out Anna is not at the salon, no manager on the job, no phone number to contact a manager and was told someone else could do the hair cut, but not the highlights. That person changed her mind, I was told to wait because some texts about availability went out, but that was a "lie", too. This situation is unacceptable and unprofessional! I had to drive twice from Westerville about 45 minutes each way for an appointment that was cancelled or never scheduled! This is unbelievable! I couldn't make this up...later, they had the audacity to text about my next appointment. I don't support unprofessional businesses that I cannot rely on. Also, I don't recommend this place because they luck of professional etiquette.

I was specific about how I wanted my haircut, just like before, and even showed her pictures to remind her of the length on each side.
