Last night they called me to make sure I was coming. I show up for my scheduled appointment , 15 min early, for them to tell me they have to cancel it. Why do you make appointment wait two weeks and to be told only once you show up that they can't take you. And the only option you are given is to either be with someone else ( which you didn't want so you waited the two weeks) or to wait another week. It's so inconsiderate of people time! I scheduled my entire day around this cause I was told it would take a few hours. This is beyond unacceptable and complete disregard of people and their time. My original review a little more thank a week ago was very upsetting and frustrating but I went back this weekend for the new appointment and they did not disappoint. They took good care of me and my hair came out perfect! I was very nervous but Lily was very sweet and she is amazing at what she does. I am happy with how they handled the situation and made me feel like a valued customer again! Thanks Lily!

Groupon brought me to FeNom, and I hope to come back later on…read more I called 15 minutes before my appt to let them know I was running a little late, and my stylist Alissa was understanding. When I arrived, I really had no clue what I wanted - stylist's nightmare, I'm sure. I had had long hair for so long, I couldn't picture myself with any other hairstyle. After clipping off the bleached ends of my mane, Alissa shampooed and conditioned while we chatted a bit about life. (Note, water did make its way down my neck and back during this experience) Alissa had suggested layers framing my face and the rest of my hair - my only concern was I wanted to maintain some length, which she reassured me I would. Snip snip away! 45 minutes and a styling blow dry later, my head was so much lighter. It was crazy. Well, according to friends, it's still long, but I feel the difference. And it feels so strong and healthy. After about 2 weeks, I'm finally used to the feel of the layers. The only note that I had was the location - if your GPS tells you to U-turn at the light, do not! You want to left turn and then turn left again, following the road back until you see a two-story strip mall. It's an awkward location, and in the evening, there is very little lighting around the building and the stairwells. Nonetheless, I'm pleased with my experience at FeNom, and with Alissa. They sent reminder texts to confirm my appointment, and were very accommodating. If you let FeNom know Stacy referred you, we both get a percentage off our services!

Things to consider: They only accept credit cards on certain days... They don't take appointments... It doesn't seem like you get one stylist at this place, one person may wash you, the other may put on your rollers, and another may blow dry you. This makes for a shorter time waiting because no one is sitting around idle. I don't mind anything that went on in this place. So, if you don't mind loud dominican music, spanish speaking hair stylists in tight clothes that dance around and speak loud spanish laughing every 5 minutes either, then you'll be fine!

With only a roller set to do, they had to rinse deep conditioner treatment only. The situation occurred when I started asking questions about product she was to use in my hair, before putting rollers. She rolled her eyes, sighed. Who is paying her to roller set my own hair? Her or me? I had another opinion about how to apply product on my ends only and she sighed again and looked away and gave such an attitude. Never will I return!

BEST COLORIST FOR BLONDES IN MIAMI!!…read more I've been to all the major hair salons in Miami and this small woman owned business rivals them all! The atmosphere is bright, comfortable, charming and calming. The studio is also extremely clean. It's very nice to have the security, safety and peace of mind to know there is only one stylist and room that is throughly cleaned after every visit compared compared to busy chain salons. Rebekah aka Becky and owner of Full Moon Salon is absolutely heaven sent! She is attentive, responsive, considerate, accommodating and oh so talented! Her color work is exceptional - especially for blondes! The time during my appointments flys by as Becky is an absolute joy to spend time with. She has absolutely saved my hair from a quarantine color nightmare and it's looking better than ever! I also REALLY appreciate how fair her prices are!!! Unlike the majority of salons in Miami that are extremely overpriced. It shouldn't be an elite unattainable luxury to be blonde in Miami and have a full head of highlights or balayage.
