Once you make your reservation, they will text and email you with your appointment info. They also send you a text reminder 1 day prior. This is a full salon for aesthetics, hair and nails. Can't beat that! Thank you Holly for a great, friendly, and efficient service!!! PS: new customers will receive a 25% discount on your next visit!

I didn't wash my hair again for 3 days after because it stayed looking clean and straight. I'd highly recommend this salon.

I wanted a cut & color, but when trying to book, instead of being able to reserve an appointment based on the services you want (like most salons nowadays -- hello, it's 2025) or even having a main salon number to call -- you get sent to a page with each stylist's individual numbers. I contacted 4 people, and reached a voicemail each time. I recently moved into town, and was looking forward to being a few blocks away from this salon so I could make it my "regular" spot, but looks like that won't be the case. This should be an easy fix that I'm sure would get you more customers -- do better.

My mother has been going here to get her hair done for years, and we only recently learned that the business owns the area two doors down from the salon (a small video stores sits in between the two salon locations), which is where the spa treatments are available. Now, there is only one manicure and one pedicure station available, so make an appointment! They have always done a fabulous job on my feet and hands, much better than the typical nail salons you see everywhere else. If you can handle having a hard time understanding accents at other salons (yeah, I'm generalizing here), you might as well come get your nails done at Extravagance. TRY IT. You'll pay a little bit more but be much more satisfied with the results, I promise. I don't do anything to my hair, ever, but my I'm sure if my mother was Yelper she would certainly recommend this place for your hair services as well. Oh, and when you're waiting to begin your appointment, you will be offered complimentary tea or coffee in some fancy teacups. Love!

The guests were pretty nice too, a lot of women of varying ages. I can't remember who did my hair, but she styled my hair in beach waves; and for once, my hair looked amazing. The humidity was absolutely awful that day, but my 'do held from 10:00 until after midnight. The next time I am brave enough to get my hair done again, I'll go back here.

But what really stood out to me was that Lori didn't just do the service and send me on my way. She actually took time to explain what she was doing and why, and helped me understand how to take better care of my skin going forward. I'm not someone who grew up knowing anything about skincare, and Lori broke things down in a way that was clear, practical, and not overwhelming. She answered my questions, made thoughtful recommendations, and never made me feel rushed or upsold. The space is calm, welcoming, and you can tell there's real care behind what they do here. If you're looking for someone who actually wants you to understand your skin -- not just book another appointment -- I can't recommend Lori enough. I'll definitely be back.
