Look, I am well aware going to the dentist it's not something people want to do. If you have a problem more than likely you're going to experience some discomfort. Richview Family Denistry does everything they can to make your visit pleasant. They do that by making their surroundings aesthetic. Their staff is courteous attentive. If you have a question ask anyone. They will be more than likely able to answer it to whatever detail you want them to go into. If not, Dr. Wall or Dr. Biggs are more than happy to put you at ease. We absolutely consider them all family. Why not, we have gone to them for almost 14 years since coming to Clarksville. I don't know how anybody could not be completely satisfied coming here. I have never had any questions or problems with payments, notifications for appointments, or with patient care. I felt it was absolutely necessary to let people in Clarksville know where they can go for a great family dentistry. One last note when my daughter required patient care beyond what is provided here I.e., orthodontics they provided us a great referral.

I thought it will get better in 2 to 3 weeks but it's been over a month now. Julianna never reached out to me post hydrafacial about my experience at the first place. This is a very basic etiquette of running a business. I reached out to her recently about my concern. She then mentioned for the first time that skin purging typically happens with hydrafacial when using homecare routine but this never happened to any other client so I never mentioned to you earlier. It was complete lack of knowledge sharing from her side. She was very furious about me complaining about my skin. I had all the rights of knowing complete plus and minus effects of an hydrafacial when I specifically mentioned to her that I have very sensitive skin after my pregnancy. She never ever mentioned this purging effect of hydrafacial to me before. It's your job to mention all the side effects from your side. This is very disappointing and completely non professional. On complaining she mentioned a representative from hydrafacial would reach you out. This is utterly unacceptable and ridiculous customer service. Not taking accountability of your own business.
