It smelled lightly of essential oils, mediation music played gently in the background as the a night sky of lights twinkled softly above. Tiffany was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. I still can't get over how great my skin looks and feels. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone and will be returning! The only reason I did not give five stars is I've had facial balancing done in the past and unfortunately ended up very imbalanced with one of my brows dropping significantly and my lip filler was placed I think a little to superficially so it gave the appearance of slight blistering after a couple weeks. I did have laser done as well that and that went very well! I will absolutely be returning to Bella for all my skincare needs for sure! The office itself is so clean and really beautiful. This office takes a lot of insurance plans, though certain medicare/medicaid/united healthcare plans aren't serviced. Honestly, if my insurance stopped covering, I would come here anyway (I know that's a privilege to be able to say). Front office staff are attentive and welcoming. The waiting room is clean and bright, with nice and comfortable furniture. Checkin is easy and I didn't wait at all! I went back right on time and waited barely a few minutes before Dr. Lehman entered the room. I also met with Kay, their aesthetics professional, who asked me about my goals and helped me find a skincare plan that met my needs. She gave me a detailed brochure and wrote down exactly how/in what order to perform each step. I'm set up with her in one month for a free follow up. I think I will consider a chemical peel with her in the future. I'm not trying to discount any other yelpers opinion, but I do notice most of the people rating this practice poorly only have a few/no other reviews and a few didn't even experience the practice--they based their ratings on a phone call or an issue with scheduling. I also experienced a surprised effect of good spinal alignment; my digestion improved which allowed me to lose weight. Physical therapy is not for the weak of heart though, you have to do the homework assigned to you by the physical therapist. Also, good communication about your symptoms helps Dr. Nebben make correct adjustments. Some pain is expected as you realign, so don't be discouraged.

I messaged to ask a question about something else and was told that my $200 gift card was expiring in one month so I was forced to use it quickly. Will never return to this place. My husband had the worst…read moreexperience ever. First off not impressed with cleanliness when walked in the doors. Then there was the no good bedside manners. Then during his procedure he could FEEL them cutting into the area. He was not given enough pain medication...then he had serious chills from too much epinephrin (adrenaline), not sure why that is used, but I'm not a doctor. After all that he left feeling sick, empty handed from any replacement bandages or instructions on how to clean or care for stitches. I had to return with my husband later that same day because the wound wouldn't stop bleeding and needed extra bandages large enough to cover large. The Nurse said it was fine like it was, but nice enough to clean up area and slap another bandage on that wouldn't stick and after asking for extra bandages she gave him two bandages for an attire week...still with no sound instructions on anything. I told my husband not to go back to have stitches removed that I would remove them myself. He wished he had taken me up on that...The following week having stitches removed was very painful. Another bad bedside nurse with not a care. She also sent him home with no care instructions on or how long to keep wearing bandages...nothing, just sent him in his way.
