I came on a Sunday afternoon and this is my first time here! Today's event- Normatec compression /leg compression sleeves! The sweetest woman -running the show bouncing from each therapy room, checking in on guests, cleaning up rooms after guests, she was absolutely so lovely and I felt like she was super caring making sure each client had the best experience with whichever therapy they were doing! I filled out my new client paperwork and was quickly taken back. She explained all the buttons and set me right up! The loungers are SO COZY! Omg. I'm surprised I didn't fall immediately asleep! I always recommend using the restroom before using these compression sleeves. I've had these a couple times before at other locations but never have I felt soooooo comfy before! I'm hooked! It's clean and bright but not at all sterile. It's decorated so cute for the upcoming holidays! I seriously cannot wait to come back!

I would also take advantage of sales, BOGO, etc. When COVID hit, I had about $1800 in unused services that I had purchased. After COVID, i returned to Restore to start using some of the services I had pre-purchased only to be told that they ALL expired and they would not be honored. I was floored. First, why should they even expire if I purchased them but most importantly, COVID was an unexpected pandemic that should have NOT counted towards any purchases expiring. The husband and wife divorced at some point during this COVID and I believe this is a big part of the problem. The wife, Tara, was the business side and was good about making things right. The husband is just sales and PR. There is no sense loyalty to customers anymore.

However, there are a few…read moreareas where the customer service could be enhanced to create a smoother, more relaxing experience, much like what I've experienced at the Nashville location. * While the staff are friendly, they could be more attentive in tracking when treatments are finished. Often, I need to approach the front desk in my robe to find someone to guide me to my next therapy. A more proactive approach would make the transition between treatments much more seamless. * In the shower area, I noticed the curtain is a bit small, causing water to splash out, and the floor looks slightly stained. I recommend bringing flip-flops for comfort. * Only one towel is provided, so it might be helpful to offer an extra or remind guests to ask for a second for their hair. * The sauna doesn't seem to have a built-in timer, and the secondary timer outside could be explained more clearly before the session begins. * The saunas may have Bluetooth capabilities for music, but I wasn't informed of this. If available, sharing this option with guests could really elevate the experience. * At the Nashville location, the showers had separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and ample supplies like Q-tips. Here, the single product dispenser feels limited and is often low, which doesn't quite match the premium spa experience. * I often feel a little stress coming to and leaving the spa because I need to remember to bring my own shampoo, conditioner, face wash, hair towel, headphones for the lack of Bluetooth, and shower flip-flops. Additionally, there isn't a trash can in the shower, which is inconvenient for things like hair that may get caught in the drain or for menstrual products. I had to place hair in my personal bag to avoid leaving it behind, which detracts from the overall relaxation of the experience. * Although water and coffee are available, guests must ask for them. A small gesture like offering refreshments would help create a more luxurious experience. * When arriving, there isn't always an immediate acknowledgment of my appointment. In Nashville, the staff always seemed prepared and aware of the services I was scheduled for. * It would also be nice if the staff introduced themselves and communicated between treatments. At the Nashville location, I quickly learned everyone's names without needing to ask. For a spa experience at this level, I think more consistency in service would enhance the overall visit. I believe these small improvements could make a big difference, and I look forward to future visits as this spa continues to shine!
