When we sold our home, they gave the new home owner access to our account and all of our financial information. We saw a credit card charge show up and when we inquired about it, we were told that it was procedure to change the name on the account and leave all financial and private customer information on the account. For over a month now, I've fought with them for a refund and the credit card company is even having trouble. It's been a nightmare to deal with and maybe a bad review will wake them up. If you are a customer who may be moving and selling your home with your hot tub, beware! You may want to cancel your credit card accounts before they give your info away.

The sauna session itself is 60 minutes and you get your own room with towels, mused, Netflix, and a cold eucalyptus towel for after your session. Each color of the sauna helps aid in a certain area of health and energy, so just select the color you'd like before hopping in and get your sweat on!

I wish it lasted longer. My masseuse was Audura and she was very kind and did an absolute amazing job. The whole experience as soon as I walked in the door was amazing and so relaxing. She said I'd get a text saying my appointment was canceled but to know it was the one for online not the current one that I just made with her on the phone. My experience would be a 2.5. I was in the cave with two couples. One couple was making out and giggling. The other two were friends so they were loud whispering and when one finally went to sleep the other ANSWERED HER PHONE. (Face palm) You are allowed to take your phones in on silent in the cave... My tips for this would be bring an eye pillow the lights are not super low and earphones you can hear the gym next door or the neighboring people in their relaxing state.
