I figured cutting off at least 5" in the back. Unfortunately, the gal that originally cut it didn't quite understand what I was asking for and cut it way too short, at least 7" and it looked like a regular bob, which is not what I wanted. I waited and spoke with Diane, the owner. I was a mix of sad and angry. Not to mention, on the verge of tears. She listened to me. Her suggestions and comments were very calming and soothing. She put my mind at ease and said she had some ideas. I waited till she was done with her current clients and calmly sat down in her chair. She cut another inch or so off the back and blended it to give a great style. Granted it is much shorter than I ever wanted but it looks great and the hair will grow back. Also left me waiting for 10 minutes, when she texts and expects her patients to be on time. Wear a lab coat, like professionals, I do not need to see your breasts.
