The TGF booster and retinol was a game changer. She has such knowledge and curiousity in knowing the products and the science to it that you know you are consulting from someone who knows "skin" very well. Her goal aligns from my goal, which is having to use less make up in the end because you dont need to cover up what you already have: beautiful glowing skin. She is a master craftsman (craftswoman ) because she makes sure that her work is as impeccable as possible. She takes the time needed to make sure it's done right...and it sure is. There was no apology afterward, just an awkward atmosphere that left her feeling disrespected.
