I received a facial here on Saturday (writing review on Tuesday). My appointment was at 12pm. But around 11:30, I received a text telling me that the appointment before me was running late and if it was okay if my appointment was pushed back. I didn't mind too much and told them it was okay, and they were very apologetic about it, even to the end. Ever since wearing a mask about 8 hours a day at work, my acne and break outs have gotten worse and worse. I thought that a facial would be a good way to start my journey back to pre-pandemic. The esthetician took a good look at my skin and told me what she thought would help. The facial itself was so relaxing and nice. Extractions didn't hurt too much, because they used a facial steamer to open up my pores. She used different tools (not sure what they were) but nothing hurt or felt uncomfortable. Currently, my skin is peeling a bit, probably from all the skincare and products, but I know it'll look so much better once its fully healed! The esthetician also gave me some tips on how to keep my skin more clear and less prone to breakouts. She said to exfoliate and so a cleansing mask 2-3 times a week, so we'll see how that helps! I really enjoyed my facial and am optimistic about the skin in the following week! read more

I prepaid for a package of laser hair removal. When they were at the BH location, they were responsive despite several changes to their equipment which caused some hiccups. They have since moved to Westwood and have not replied to my numerous messages and calls. I want a refund but I can't even get a hold of anyone. The nurses/techs are delightful and this review is not a reflection of their service- This is for whoever is handling things on the business end. Horrible customer service and very rude lady working there. I was not told that I could not use hyaluronic acid (I was just told no Retin-A or AhA's, benzoyl, steroids etc.) on my face and so she said she couldn't do my laser IPL because I used a serum wit HA, which is understandable, but she didn't even offer to reschedule me. She was just like "oh well, whatever, I don't know what to tell you." Those were her actual words. She could tell that I was clearly upset after driving two hours to get here, and not having any time to process what she was telling me, but she acted like she could care Less. I expressed frustration because my schedule is not flexible and the drive is far and she just kept saying well "I'm not doing it so..." I wasn't even asking her to do it at this point, I was looking for some kind of communication and understanding, which I got zero... This place will never get any more of my money. Ani used a water vacuum-like machine to scrub your face but not completely strip away all the oils. I'm almost 30 but still have oily skin and have been looking to up my game with a skincare routine. My skin can get so oily that it feels like I put on sunscreen by the end of the day! Since I'm new to getting facials, Ani, walked me through all the products and let me know what she was doing. I just had the most amazing hydra facial from Beauty Heals and feel compelled to immediately write a review. Have you had a hydra facial? It's so cool! Via a handheld wand, this machine, that is sort of like a water vacuum gently scrubs and sucks your pores clean. It's like a personal beauty sucker fish. (Maybe that's how someone came up with this idea). LOL The space itself is very tranquil, tre chic and inviting. Raseel, the owner is the most perfect representation of this establishment because she is such a kind and classy woman. I see her and I almost want to say, make me like that. (Of course that would require a major personality adjustment and they don't sell psychological therapy there) HA! I digress, the rest of the facial was also fabulous. The esthetician explained everything to me before she did it which I really appreciate since some of the time they have eye covers on you and you can't see what's happening.
