I saw on Google that this places was closed on Sundays. Yelp says opened so I made my way down there. I've came to this place a handful of times before. I've spent $100-$150 dollars worth of merchandise eveyryime I come. Upon getting there I see that there's a sign that says closed on Sundays. Pictured in my check in. So I walked up and ask as a courtesy if they were open to shop. Just so I don't think it's open to shop when it's a day of inventory or something. Lady at the register was super rude. Answered "you don't see the door open or what? Of course we open" and I was like Google says your closed and you have a sign that says closed on Sundays. I wanted to make sure.and she proceeds to say again very rudely and condescending "Door is open! You don't see door open?" The other lady by the clothes answered nicely by saying it was open. But it's huge and has more crystal selection than the one across the street. Service : owner is friendly and help find me items such as nail hole puncher, gem glue, apres gel-x. Although she can be busy doing stuff around the store or taking inventory, she is very patience and take her time answering few of my question. She even show me different sizes (medium vs long) and let me try on my nail before committing to the length. Price : comparable to Amazon or Etsy. You can come in personn to choose what you want and see quality yourself. Minus the shipping cost and you get items instantly. Obviously, if you want nail supply from Aliexpress, be prepared to wait at least 1 month. Compare to the store across the street, this place sell cheaper (a bottle of translucent pearl here is $5 vs $8 at the other store) Bonus : 1. This place doesn't deserve a one star. Disorganized, an employee kept following me around the whole store!, to get her off my back I asked for lash extension glue and remover. She didn't know what was glue or removal She showed me a glue and a "removal" I decided to get them out of stupidity. At the register she decided the product was wrong, went her self to change it for an in box one. I saw her moving, playing and staring at the bottles and they were all talking in their language around me. When I got home there was no fucking product in the bottle (empty bottle). This place has definitely upgraded from years ago and I love coming here for all my nail supply needs! Ever since quarantine happened I decided to do my own nails & the selection here is awesome! They have a huge selection for acrylic tips. I've never seen these unique tips at other stores. I used to go to another local nail supply store, but the prices here are way better for the same product. Plus its closer to me. They must've hired new employees since the old reviews say the customer service wasn't as good, but the girl at the register answered all my questions and even went out of her way to help me look for something specific. What a GIANT beauty supply store. I made my first visit on a Saturday afternoon because I read they sell inexpensive but high-end nail varnishes here. Well, bad news ladies (and some men): THEY NO LONGER CARRY O.P.I. NAIL VARNISH. (according to the dude behind the counter) However, they do still carry Essie (~$3.75), China Glaze ($2.00), Orly, and Color Club (didn't get a price on those), to name a few. They also have a wide variety of hair care products (Paul MItchell, American Crew, BedHead, Nexus, Redken, Joico), and makeup, too. The cashier lady was friendly and helpful when I was ready to check out. She informed me that THEY ARE NOW OPEN UNTIL 6:30 PM. I ended up leaving with a China Glaze, Pumi-Bar, and a round facial brush for less than $5. What a steal! I'd certainly return to Beauty Headquarters - it has much more selection and lower prices than any Sally Hansen store. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! the workers here are super helpful and everything here is so cheap. they usually have everything in stock but when they don't(which is rare) they would tell me when it'll be back in stock and I would come back to pick it up. So beauty depots probably meant for nail salons instead of normal customers, but they sell to normal customers at the prices they sell to nail salons.. fits right in with my agenda. They do sell OPI, though in limited lines. Yep, some of their polishes are older and visibly so, but the store makes an effort to discount them for you if you buy em in bulk. I don't hate this place, yet I can't love it. I'm glad that they do sell O.P.I. and Essie nail polishes to the public but they can be a bit pricey. There are some nail polishes that look like they've been there for years. You can tell by their discoloration and separation. Of course you can always shake the bottle but it won't be as nice as it originally was. It seems cluttered too and items will look dusty. I feel bad that they have to compete with Spa Beauty but you can't just shut down your store. I frequent this place quite often to save money because this place is pretty cheap, especially for OPI polishes at $4.25 per bottle. This place would get more stars if the customer service was better and the quality of some of their products were better. The lady that works there is very nice, but the man in charge can be quite rude sometimes. Some of their products are quite dated, or cheap/flimsy but it's a pretty big store and quite often, I am able to get what I need. Also, quite often, they run low on colors or run out of OPI polishes, and it's a waste even stopping by. I've never had any problems getting their merchandise without a manicurist license, but one time, the man in charge requested it, otherwise he was going to charge me $8 per OPI bottle, so I left without buying anything (waste of time) and only to come back with my cousin who had her license and they didn't even bother checking it, even when we offered to show it. I get it, you need to enforce some rules that your suppliers requires but at least be consistent. You've seen me shop here quite often! The place across the street is friendlier and their products are less dusty and up to date but I don't know why I always come to this place first, then walk across the street, probably because it's more spacious. read more
