Love how my eyebrows look each time! They're quick and precise about their work. Very clean space.

Kulwinder always does an amazing job with my eyebrows. I used to get my eyebrows waxed but I have been coming here a handful of times now and they never disappoint. Lasts longer and more precise than waxing. read more

quick and efficient service. Very polite and professional. Will be going back more often!

Great tech and great result! It's hard to find people who know what they're doing and the services here were done beautifully and quickly. Will be back! read more

This is my favorite eyebrow place! They love their customers, and do a gentle and quick job.

Always a pleasure. Such a great person and so good at her job. She's sweet and professional and an all around great person.

Employees are always kind and ask about my day. They listen to my requests and also do not mind giving opinions if asked. I have really loved my brows every time Baljinder has done them. Shes my go to. read more

I love working with Baljinder to get the brows I envision! She's so good at making that happen too. Either just from verbal description or from a photo, she knows exactly what to do and is very experienced, kind, and professional. :) They are also fairly priced which is extremely helpful. read more

I love Kulwinder! She's been the girl that I've been going to for almost 3 years now, and will come back every time. I got my sister to come here, and although there's so many people that you could go to, Kulwinder is truly the best! The environment, and staff as well, are beyond exceptional and welcoming. Highly recommend this Beauty By Thread :) read more

i think some of them need more training on how to do eyebrows. i went today after they had grown out for a while and a lot of my eyebrow is removed and now they are two different shapes. Im very disappointed with how the outcome came out this time. read more

Kulwinder has done my eye brows for years. She is amazing and gets my shape right every time. Very kind and personal. Very easy to talk to. I appreciate you making me look good. Ill see you in a couple weeks. She is usually the only person to touch my face when it comes to eyebrows read more

Always an amazing experience. The lady was very nice and professional and did a great job with my eye brows!

I have been going to the Churn Creek & Mt. Shasta Mall locations for a long time, they do a great job. Special thanks to Kulwinder, Baljinder, and Anu. read more

Kulwinder at the Churncreek location is amazing! I've been doing my eyebrows with her for years now. She never misses! 10/10

Great service and friendly staff! I was in from out of town and needed to get brows done. I'm always nervous when I can't go to my regular brow place. But this was great! Perfectly shaped just as I had requested. Walked in no appt and didn't have to wait long. Not expensive and quality service. read more

The ladies working here are so kind. They know me by name, even when I don't come in to often. I have never been disappointed with their services. This is the only place I will let touch my eyebrows. Update: Let my eyebrows go for a while, & I tried to maintain them myself, came back to this location once & they fixed them up real nice. Love them here! Still refuse to go anywhere else read more

I was in a dire need of a eyebrow touch up and with all the stores closing I turned to my one and only trusty churn creek Beauty By Thread. I was seen by Kulwinder with her happy and loving open arms, the eyebrow/doctor/therapy session was just the thing I need on this rainy day. Kulwinder made me laugh and went above and beyond to meet my expectations, bonding with her on a real level while being able to trust that she'll give the same empathy back and care about my where about. Heartwarming and exhilarating, I'll definitely be coming back and forever until I have no eyebrows left and even then I'll glue some on just so I can come to see Kulwinder. read more

Beauty By Thread - My eyebrow - Threading Services Near Me - Redding, California

The staff at this location is doing an excellent job during the pandemic. I can't imagine having to be in customer service and try to make people happy during this crazy time. Every time I go in, they're friendly, efficient, and the place is spotless. Everything sanitized from floor to ceiling. Kulwinder does a great job and I'm always happy when I leave. (They both do a great job, can't go wrong here.) read more

Poor Customer Service. If they are changing policy to appointment only, they should notify their customers. I walked in one day to an empty lobby and was turned way, they did not offer to schedule an appointment for me. I've been a long time customer and sadly will not be back read more

Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time at this location. The lady has no manners what so ever. I will not go back after my experience today. Drive the extra mile to the location in the mall. read more

There is a crazy person there with long hair. She did my wife's eyebrows . I was just sitting there waiting for my wife and she told me to get up and stand so that a teenager can play on her sofa. I'm 60 years old and she was blind to see that the teenager could easily has sat on another sofa. I'm never going to that goddamn place. I'm answering your question here. I wrote my review for the right place. Get your house in order. read more

When I go here I always request Kulwinder and she always does an amazing job on my brows!! She is consistent and is always positive and sweet! She is the reason I keep coming back!! read more

I appreciate how clean it is every time I come in to get my brows done. Kulwinder maintains the shape I like and she does a great job. Fast, inexpensive and painless. Makes me feel special that she greets me by my first name as soon as I walk in and with a friendly smile. read more

Did a great job with the eyebrows! The lady did cut a pretty nasty fart while my friend and I were getting our eyebrows threaded but other than that, a Great experience! read more

I wish I didn't have to even leave a star. The lady that works in here is the RUDEST person ever! Worst customer service ever. Definitely do not recommend. I walked out of her store while she was cussing and yelling at me with my 3 year old in my arms. Disgusted. read more

I've gone here since they opened and when it was only the Redding Mall location. I've always had a good experience until today. I was called at noon exactly(the time of my appointment ) as Im walking in the door and left a extremely rude voicemail. Yes I have made appointment in the past that I canceled two days before each time due to not having the day off or low on fund due to COVID because I made the appointment a month before, But never have a ever been a no show and that didn't stop them from accusing me of it multiple times in the voicemail and in person. I'm sorry your app doesn't work up to your liking with canceling appointments but I did everything I was suppose to in canceling them as your app says to do it. The assistant manager was the one helping me too and was extremely rude when I got there as she's hanging up the phone from leaving me a rude voicemail. I will never be going back and believe me when I say this all my friends and family will not be going back to this place as well. read more

Love this place!! Clean, friendly and great service! I dont usu let anyone touch my brows, but Harpreet is the only one i trust with em! She def knows what shes doing! Just bc we are a small town, doesnt mean we have to compromise on the quality of our services--this place delivers what i would get back home in LA/LasVegas. They have two stores, one at the Shasta mall and one next to Target. A must go-to if u live in town or even if ure here just for a visit. read more

I usually have GREAT experiences here, but today not so much. I drove to Redding (from Alturas) just to get my eyebrows threaded and was immediately disappointed in the lack of customer service that I usually get at this location (my go to). One of the girls was a little hasty and rude as soon as I walked in. Due to the mask muffling sounds I asked "what" a few times, and got a reply of "the mask isn't over your ears, why can't you understand?". I was definitely taken back by that remark. I also had to sneeze while my brows were getting done and she was pretty upset at me. I understand Covid but I had a mask on and tried to be discreet as possible. I understand bad days, but that's no reason to treat your long time customers rudely. I don't want to sound like a "Karen", but I hope this will change things in the future. My brows turned out good, but next time will be requesting Susmita. read more

Store was empty and staff standing around. Sign in window read appointments required. Called to make an appointment and the woman who answered - who could see me through the window - said they had no appointments available. There were no customers in the store and staff standing around, but they had no appointments available. It looks as if this business doesn't really want to stay in business. read more

Great job, got what I wanted and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. I will be back.

Had a wonderful experience! The service is friendly and the store is beautiful. She really took her time and did an absolutely beautiful job! Well worth the price. Would absolutely recommend and come back. read more

This establishment has the worse customer service ever. There is one women in there, that is always there, and she is the most disrespectful person I have ever come across. The question of the matter is, can she even do eyebrows? No. I'd 100% recommend going elsewhere to get your eyebrows done and spend money where the people are have common decency to be nice. read more

Hurts more than any other threading I've had but the results are worth it. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes and they check in often to see if you like the results. I have really hard eyebrows to shape and they do a great job at it. I used to drive all the way to say to get my eyebrows done because I'm that picky. Thankfully I found this place and don't have to do that anymore. I do notice that I have to get my eyebrows done more often with threading than waxing but that's ok. read more

Been coming here for a year because of Hapreet! Wasn't blessed with thick brows but she's able to do wonders to it! She's super friendly, nice and talented. Totally recommend her. read more

I've had such great service from Susmito (I apologise for misspelling name) ...however today she was not there and Kuwlinda (again I apologise on the spelling) was nothing but rude and nasty from the minute I walked in the door. Absolutely no manners, abrupt, and suddenly started yelling at me to stop speaking. I kindly thanked her for her time and left before finishing the booking. When asking for her name she got furious and asked me not to write a review online. Will NEVER go back if she is working at that time. read more

I made an appointment for myself and my daughter today and had the worst service! I have gone hear for years and will not return ! The other people standing out front thought they were extremely rude also! Will never go back read more

I love Susmita! Every time I come here I go to her and she does the best job. She makes you feel comfortable and always asks what's style you would like your brows before starting. She knows how I like mine though so I never have to tell her . Thank you Susmita!! read more

The girl was EXTREMELY rude here. Absolutely don't recommend. From the very beginning they treated me very poor. I got yelled at for taking off what I use to fill in my brows and got all my points removed because I didn't have my card with me. Overall she was extremely rude to me and I did not feel welcomed whatsoever. Please don't go here. read more

I think it's silly that I was told I MUST have my rewards card. Every store now has them and I don't want to carry a card for every store. Most places have no problem with looking up my phone number but apparently it's too inconvenient to do that at your store. I won't be back if I MUST have my card every time. That's just dumb. read more

My first time eyebrow threading was two days ago through these people. I felt that they had alot of experience and knew what they were doing. I showed up, and not even less than 3 minutes later without an appointment I already was sitting down. It honestly didnt take long at all. They made me feel comfortable and they let me see if I wanted them thinner, etc. They also had their own rewards program. Very affordable. Not sure about the rest of the facial threading but it was an amazing experience and i will definitely go again!! read more
