Finally found my waxer in Redding! Sarah was quick and thorough and I felt completely comfortable with her. I wanted a Brazilian wax told her that I had sensitive skin, and she was very accommodating. I arrived about ten minutes early because I was worried about having a hard time finding her. Sarah who is the waxer is the most real, down to earth woman I have met in a long time. Sarah is literally amazeballs! She is professional, accommodating, beyond sweet, and great at what she does. I was a huge threader before this because my skin is uber sensitive. My hair follicles attack my pits and I quickly break out in rashes near my brows. Fortunately, Sarah knows what she is doing. Somehow, she is able to wax so precisely that I barely turn red, I do not break out, and most of all, my skin is never irritated. She is very receptive to your needs and if you need anything modified or adjusted, she will work around you. I'm an esthetician and usually do all of my own waxing, but I got REALLY tired of doing the pretzel for Brazilians. It was a pain **literally**. So I initially tried Urban, which was AWFUL. So I figured I'd try one more place before I resigned myself back to cirque-du-soleil feats . I am so grateful that I tried her out. She is so welcoming and chill. She really makes you feel so comfortable there, like you're hanging out with a girlfriend. Making conversation is easy, no weird silences. But the best part, she is so FAST! Nobody wants to sit there spread-eagle for an hour, getting uncomfortable and hot. With that said, the speed of her waxing skill, does not hinder her accuracy and all around smooth results (my peach is pretty, and smooth ). Also, as stated above, being an esthetician myself, I can be pretty judgey regarding products and their work environment. It's beautifully decorated and has a really calming, spa vibe. Not to mention the great music playing on the record player! I knew I had chosen wisely. Sarah explained each step of the process and coached me through some breathing exercises for the especially painful bits. It really does help! I was in and out really quickly, which was super convenient for my lunch break.
