Today's service was a trim, bleaching, and toning. Including post care. Even with a trim, i still have a LOT or length. I am one ecstatic camper! I informed Sandra that i had an ear skin irritation, she was super careful and cautious. No irritation during harsh bleaching, toning, or washings! She was super gentle. I'm naturally thick headed so I'm able to withstand a lot of pressure, pulling, and tugging. None of that. She was still as gentle as if i was a delicate flower. Lol LOVEEEEE IT!
