Aurora is honestly one of the most unprofessional nail techs i have ever met!!! I referred my sister to go to her, my sisters appointment was at 11, Aurora texted my sister and pushed her appointment back to 11:45 because she was running late. My sister shows up at 11:40, walks inside and texts Aurora that she was there, Aurora texts her (while my sister is in the building) and cancels her appointment, then she comes out of her room and talks to my sister face to face and instead of pulling her away to talk privately, she embarrasses my sister and speaks loudly about how she is going to have to cancel, and then Aurora does the client who was supposed to be after my sister. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I will never come back and most definitely will not be referring her any more. read more

I've been going to Jessica for 3 years now for my extensions. She is amazing! People posting about heir experience "hurt" is ridiculous. Extensions aren't going to be the most comfortable feeling. I loved every appointment I've had with Jess and she is always cautious of what's best for the health of your hair. I used to color my hair black for 7 years and Jessica got me to a beautiful light sandy brown with Carmel tints. It's gorgeous and I'm so in love! Aurora, Alyssa, and Suzy all worked at my favorite nail salon in Fresno and so when they moved I moved with them. This salon is amazing and the nail quality is fantastic. The salon is on a frontage road on Shaw so it can be slightly difficult to find at first but I actually prefer this location to the other nail salon. These women take their time to make sure your nails look beautiful. I really love their work. Alyssa did my pineapple nails and I am drooling over them!
