This helped because, had I really gotten lost, she would call and come find me. Gorgeous girl! and so incredibly sweet. I went in for lip blush and she was willing to give me advice on my eyebrows while I was numbing. She was very hygienic and put numbing cream on my lips often to ensure that the pain was minimal. I was very disappointed with this business I made an appointment and when I got there as I asked her questions before I started anything seeing that she was having me sign a list of things off. And explains my condition to her she starts laughing as she is googling it on her phone and then on top of that she tells me I will need two visits but she is moving and will have to find someone to finish the work. I'm sorry but why would I want to start anything if they are moving and can't finish their work. They are very snobbish and uncaring. Learn how to treat people. Very disappointed on how I was treated and they keep the deposit that I understood but only if I cancelled, not because you drop all these thing on me the day of appointment that you never bothered to inform me of. read more

I finally got my brows done with her (Microblading and some shading) and WOW what a difference!! She preps you before the appointment which no one else before did and she sends you home with after care instructions. My coworker & I were interested in microblading. We found BrowFexion website & decided to make an appointment on a Thursday (I did cancel 3 days after I made the appointment). When the girl, Xochitl originally responded she mentioned there was a $50 deposit that would go towards the service. There was nothing on her webpage that mentioned a deposit or a none refundable deposit. 5 days before my appointment I informed Xochitl that I needed to cancel. I did ask for my refund back and informed her that I was never told that it was none refundable, especially for a service that was NEVER rendered. She refused to give back my refund so please BE WARNED. Xochile has horrible customer service. The deposit or the "non refundable" deposit was NEVER mentioned on her website!!!! Xochile updated her site to read, "its a non refundable deposit", about 30 minutes after I canceled. Such a shady person and bad character. I ended up going to a lovely gal named Vanessa at Revelli Beauty. read more
