My tattoo at this point was almost gone but I wanted a couple more sessions on it so I had to find a new place. I received Removery ads on my instagram account so I thought I would try them out. I completed my first session with removery and soon after I had black scarring/oxidization on my tattoo. The scarring/oxidization is so bad that anyone who saw it thought I got a new tattoo. I decided I would wait a few months to see if it would go away as sometimes it takes time for your body to clear. It did not go away. I went in to see the nurse who did the work and she said that its normal for a white section of a tattoo to oxidize and I would need more sessions. So basically she was telling me I would need to pay $350 a session for many more sessions just to get my tattoo to look the way it looked BEFORE she started on it. Clearly what happened was the nurse at removery used the wrong laser on my tattoo and she lasered an area that essentially didn't need it because there was nothing there. Like I said, I had two other places do many session on me and this did not happen at the other places. Now Im stuck with a really bad scar/tattoo that looks worse that I am going to need to pay to do sessions on just to return it back to where I started. I believe this removery nurse's lack of training and or experience caused this. What's worse is I have emailed Removery many times to kindly follow up and see what we can work out on this and no one has responded. (mind you this is to the same email address i have corresponded with them before on). I would not recommend going here for your tattoo removal. This is coming from someone who dislikes writing bad reviews. I feel like I tired everything I could to contact removery before coming here to no avail.

We then moved on into another room after I got dressed, where she gave me the quote. The quote included laser hair removal, plus "advanced laser skin treatment" plus a cream I still had to buy to get results???? First off, I didn't want the laser, I was just looking to get a peel. But she was trying to sell me on all of this. The red flags just kept coming up. I asked her for a print out of the quote and she said no, she couldn't give me one. WHAT? I have gotten higher quotes before at other spas, dentists, surgery places, etc. So being denied a print out of the quote is highly suspicious. I did take a picture of it tho. Please take a look of everything I was being sold. All I wanted was a peel. Lol. What a joke and waste of my time. MOST REPUTABLE SPAS AND CLINICS PROVIDE A WRITTEN QUOTE FOR TRANSPARENCY. A few possible reasons why they may have denied it. They want you to feel pressured to book on the spot. They may change pricing depending on the client, the consultant, or how much they think you'll spend. Not giving a printout makes it easier for them to adjust prices later without proof. If the consultant works on commission, keeping everything verbal lets them control the conversation and steer you into upgrades without accountability. & a written quote creates a paper trail. If they later tried to charge more or swap treatments, you'd have proof. Denying it keeps them in control. Trustworthy businesses want you to have everything clear in writing. Not here. As soon as this lady realized I wasn't booking her whole demeanor changed. Instantly. This place is all about sales and commission, not actual skin care. Owner/Manager: Do not message me about this!
