I was told kindly by Megan, the sweet owner of this aesthetic place, that it's because my lashes on one eye are longer than the other. Roxanne, who did my lashes, should take that into consideration, it says they're the professionals, so i'm unsure what happened. I'm not the expert with lashes, but I hoped she would've been. Roxanne is super friendly though and Megan is very customer service oriented. I got i ntouch with her hoping to get it redone, but was offered a lash tint when my lashes are already black.... I feel like a lash lift is just a lash lift though. Just sucks having paid what I did for a 'professional' lash lift that wasn't accomadating to my lashes. Beauty is a science, and I dont think it was measured in my appointment with Roxanne. I wish I could give 5 stars for how friendly they all are and how beautiful her business is, but i'm just still not happy with the outcome. This lash lift adds to the crookedness of my face. I decided to give her a shot. Her shop is in a little strip mall in a clean part of town. When you walk in you get a very serene feeling. Her shop is clean and not overly crowded with products. I felt like an old friend. Kim greeted me with a huge welcoming smile and she was very accommodating due to Covid-19 requirements. I had eyelash extensions applied and eyebrows tinted & they look awesome!  My lashes were just what I had envisioned, long, not too thick, no pain, no clumps and khardasian-esque. Kim did not fail to exceed my expectations. My lashes look dramatic, but still look like my own lashes. I couldn't be more pleased with my new eyelashes. And my eyebrows are very natural looking. I paid 360 dollars. On her piece board it read complimentary touch up in 6 weeks, but before I left she said she would touch up for 40 or 45 dollars when I come back. I never went back. I'm on a budget. Some inappropriate comments were also made while I was in her salon. I would not recommend.

I booked a mini chakra facial and was stuck in heavy traffic on my way over.. knowing that the service is only 30 min and I would be about 15 minutes late I called her to inform her that I would be so late that maybe it would be best that I just get charged the cancellation fee and I'd come back down to see her next month . I've had the hydrafacial lip perk service done here before too which was quick and an overall good experience. The girl who performed the treatment was great about explaining everything to me which I appreciate as it was my first time having the service done.
