I almost don't want to write this review because I love this place so much and don't want it to get crowded but it's not fair to keep it my own secret. I've been going here for a year and every time it's been consistently the best place in town to get my eyebrows done. They offer a bottle of water at the end and sometimes an eyebrow massage which is absolutely wonderful. The store also sells a large variety of natural products like henna and soap and Indian snacks. This was my first time here. I have been looking for somewhere in town to do threading and I think I have found my place. It looks sketchy from the outside and the location but once inside you are greeted by smiling faces. The two ladies threading were super nice and entertaining. They explained what I needed to do in order to keep a thick brow which was nice. They offer you water and a mini face massage post thread. Both were definitely a surprise at the end and appreciated. I just recently learned about threading. My 15 year old son needed help with his bushy eyebrows that were all over his forehead and eyelids. We apprehensively walked in not knowing what to expect. The lady immediately knew what he needed. The process only took 10 min and he walked away with amazing eyebrows that appear natural for a young man, not girlie at all. Seriously devastated that I will only be in Augusta for a few months. This place is a tucked away gem! Immediate service at 5:30 in the afternoon, my kids got lollipops and a sweet quick massage from grandpa. The lady did my eyebrows really fast and came out perfect (which seems to be a problem for me) and I also got the best massage. They also took the extra time to do a quick sinus massage because mine was acting up. Small, quiet, and tucked away. I believe family owned and operated. I hadn't gone to get my eyebrows threaded for a while because I had a few bad experiences. When I came to b&b I was sceptical because it is small and family owned, you never know what you will get when you enter a family business. The women who did my eye brows are hands down... The best in the city. They are cheap, friendly, knowledgeable, and do a great job. She told me how I can grow my brows thicker and more even and massages my brow and head area after threading. All for $10. People comment on my eyebrows...no joke. They ask what I do or where I go. I most definitely recommend this place to any and everyone. I'm hooked for life. read more

My first time here. Walked in on a Saturday. Had two people in front of me waiting for Nikki. I ended up in Nikki's daughter's chair Sona (spelling)? She was great! I will be back in 3 weeks as requested. She used hand sanitizer before threading my brows. I may have missed this but I didn't see anyone wipe down the chair where I put my head. I would've felt better knowing it was either sanitized or a disposable towel used for each customer. I plan on going again during the weekday when not so busy. Busy was a good sign. The atmosphere was very friendly. Maybe I will meet Grandpa for a massage! read more

Oh my gosh I love this lady. I feel awful I don't know her name. She is absolutely wonderful and I always feel so special coming here to get my eyebrows threaded. I never feel rushed out the door and she always gives me a lovely face massage. It's heavenly. I've gone to a few places to get my brows threaded. One in CA, one in TX, and now here in GA. I can't imagine going anywhere else. This is by far my absolute favorite place! She does an amazing job. I'm pretty paranoid about my brows. I have thick brows and like to keep them that way only with a nice, natural shape. I just like getting them cleaned up. I don't like crazy arches or pencil thin brows. She says she cleans up the natural shape and progresses from there so if anyone's worried about coming out with no brows, don't be. I will say she's a tad bit abrupt when placing your hands where she wants them and removing them when you've done your job, it initially caught me off guard, but don't let that deter you. I'm really sad...my eyebrows are gone. The lady that usually does my eyebrows was not there. I have been growing my eyebrows out, so they just needed to be cleaned up. I should have walked out when I saw there was a new lady. When I walked in she was taking care of another client who was upset about her eyebrows. The woman said her eyebrows looked different. Sometimes one of my eyebrows is straighter and not as arched as the other, so I didn't think her eyebrows looked bad. Also, I didn't know what her eyebrows looked like before they were arched. I got in the chair and it was pure pain. I usually have a little pain, but not that much. She gave me the mirror and I wanted to cry. I stopped her and went to one of the owners. He said it was her first day and I felt bad, but now I have to suffer with hideous eyebrows. He was very nice and saw that my eyebrows were completely different. I will go back when the regular lady is there or travel outside of Augusta. read more

Awesome service! I came around 4:30 and there was only one other customer. I received a massage while I waited and then had my eyebrows threaded and then received another massage. The two workers were so sweet and I am seriously impressed with their threading skills. I had never had my eyebrows threaded, but now I plan to only thread them. Besides the great service the best part about this place is that I felt at ease. It's a very chill and relaxed atmosphere. No pressure or hoity toityness. Will be back again! read more

Went to get my face threaded for the first time. I have PCOS and hirsutisim so I have extremely coarse male pattern facial hair growth. I also have severe psoriasis so I have never had my face threaded, waxed, sugared or anything of that nature for fear it would cause a painful psoriatic reaction. I've never had my eyebrows done at all until coming here. The wonderful woman that did my threading made me feel comfortable and much less self conscious than what I was when I walked in the door. The threading was mildly painful, really only on the most coarse hairs and the upper lip. I did break out a bit after but I'm positive this is only because my skin is extremely sensitive and not use to this process. It was still substantially better than tweezing the hair. She did a fantastic job, and more than that made me feel comfortable and welcome. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Great experience. read more
