**Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Please Be Cautious**
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon and feel potential customers should be fully informed before spending a significant amount of money here.
I initially responded to a $99 Facebook promotion that included a mini cryo-facial and cryo treatment. During my phone call, I was told that results could be seen after as little as one treatment, which influenced my decision to make an appointment.
At my consultation with Ashley, I was told I was an excellent candidate for body contouring and was presented with a treatment plan costing approximately $2,000. I explained that I am a single mom who rarely spends money on herself, yet I was reassured that I would see "dynamite results." I trusted those assurances and agreed to move forward. I was looking forward to receiving the two treatments I had originally booked and prepaid for, only to be told that I was no longer eligible for the promotional mini facial because I had signed up for the treatment plan. This was extremely disappointing and felt misleading.
My first cryo treatment was also an extremely negative experience. The procedure was painful, and I was given very little explanation about what to expect. I was left alone for approximately 30 minutes while experiencing intense suction and significant discomfort. I was subsequently left with two large black bruises that remained for nearly a month. I saw no benefit from this treatment--only pain, discomfort, and bruising.
To be fair, the technicians who performed my subsequent treatments were the one bright spot in this experience. They were kind, respectful, gentle, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, even after completing the **eight sessions I was instructed to complete for "best results," I saw absolutely no visible improvement.** I spent over $2,000 and, in my experience, received nothing to show for it.
I was also promised before-and-after photos and an InBody report to document my progress. These were not provided as promised. After a very anticlimactic final session, I had to ask about them myself. When I finally received the "after" photos, I could see **no noticeable difference whatsoever**. I showed the photos to several other people and asked for their honest opinions. Not one person could identify any improvement. When I contacted the salon to express my disappointment, I received **no response**.
I also had concerns about the overall professionalism and customer experience. Shared sauna sessions were uncomfortable, and I overheard conversations from the owner that I found inappropriate and unprofessional and that made me question the level of professionalism at the salon.
My biggest concern is that I feel I was strongly encouraged to spend a substantial amount of money on an elective treatment based on assurances of impressive results that simply did not materialize. I understand that individual results can vary, but I completed the full eight-session treatment plan I was told was necessary for the best results--and still saw **zero visible improvement**.
At that point, I would have expected the salon to take my concerns seriously, acknowledge the lack of results, and make some effort to address the situation. Instead, my concerns went unanswered.
**My advice to anyone considering these treatments: Please do your research, ask very specific questions about realistic outcomes, and think carefully before committing thousands of dollars. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend making a significant financial commitment without being absolutely certain about what you are paying for and what results you can realistically expect.**
The technicians were truly the best part of my experience, and I genuinely appreciated their kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, that does not outweigh the fact that I spent **$2,000+ on eight treatments with no visible results**, and I was left deeply disappointed by both the outcome and the way my concerns were handled.
**I regret spending this money and would not make the same decision again.**
