When I went in for a refill she charged me full price and said it was 1 day longer than 2 weeks so it's considered a full set. Fine. I scheduled the next appointment within 2 weeks for lashes and eyebrow tinting, and the morning of my appointment, she cancelled...didn't offer another time or date at all. She simply cancelled! Ugh! I have an event tomorrow and I'm scrambling to try to find someone (anyone) who can do my lashes today. This is beyond annoying and completely unprofessional. Also, I got henna tattoos there when I got my brows done and the one on my chest was crooked. If you didn't already have a stylist, I'm sure you could find one here. I'm not sure how many shops are in the building, but there seems to be a LOT! The bathrooms are always clean and I"m in & out. I It's located in a strip-mall type setting with Lowes, a grocery store, and I think even a PetSmart. Every person has their own closed-in space so that is what your environment will be. It works.

I was skeptical at first because she has so few reviews but I had a great experience! Urmila didn't disappoint! She was fast, gentle and gave me the natural but full look I was going for. What I got was a sloppy, messy design that was virtually impossible to fix or improve because she just kept adding more crooked, sloppy, uneven lines. I was supposed to get both hands done, but I stopped her halfway through the first hand when it was obvious that she had no concept of symmetry and that ultimately this was not going to get any better. I tried washing it off as soon as I got out of her chair, but the stain had already started to set. She told me it should only last a day or two since I removed it so quickly.. I hope so because I'm going on vacation soon and I do not feel comfortable walking around with my hand covered in such poor, sloppy, unprofessional work.
