It's a full service salon, hair, nails, retail products even a collection of clothing. My appointment was for a VIP massage with their Milbon products. it was a two hour treatment that started with an assessment of my scalp the best procedure to move forward with as far as products and then a scalp massage and of course multiple hair washes. I was 100% satisfied and can tell you I was not disappointed. It's a very relaxing experience very spa in atmosphere and my technician Christen was exceptional. There are three different treatments you can pick from but I highly recommend the VIP. It was $250 and worth every penny the salon is conveniently located off Illinois Road in Fort Wayne. The hair cut was very bad but somehow how the manager handled the situation was 10x worse!! I was told I would get a call from the manager the next day, I assumed to fix things, but the manager called and BLAMED ME for the haircut. Then she asked if I wanted it fixed and at the time I did not because she had treated me so poorly and I was so upset over it, but I messaged back and said I wanted it fixed because I can't walk around with this horrible cut. Instead they have ghosted me. So now I have a horrible hair cut and the WORST experience I've ever had at a salon. Tori (my stylist) was very nice so I am disappointed it went this way. Update: I got ahold of the manager and she yelled at me over the phone saying she can't satisfy me as a costumer. All I want is my hair fixed. It has random long strands and horrible layers. And if you can't fix that then you can't do anyone's hair! The manager/owner of this salon needs to work on how they speak to dissatisfied costumers. Another update: The manager has now responded to this review in an attempt to make themselves appear professional. I can tell you the way they handled this situation was so far from professional! I do not recommend taking your business here. If you are unsatisfied they will blame you and provide no real solution. I may have gotten a refund but the fact is my hair is still ruined and I guess I just have to let it grow out now?!

I went my first time about a month ago and I was a bit skeptical because I do not trust ANYONE with my hair. For years I have done my own hair and decided to go to a salon that eventually ended up ruining my hair and came here for the big fix! I was able to get in quickly and saw Bre Burkey. She color corrected my hair and was able to treat it so that the dry damaged hair would look just as good as it did before! She was patient with me in deciding the hair color I wanted. I went black last month and just yesterday after 7 hours of long hard work and patience, she was able to give me fabulous blonde highlights after ONE color removal! It looks beautiful, feels soft with little to no damage (despite the fact I bleach bleach bleach my hair) she is INCREDIBLE! I ended up tipping her $40 for such a fabulous job. She brought my confidence up and I definitely enjoy the entire atmosphere of this hair salon. Accidents happen where you make a mistake on your hair but all of the staff here made me feel in good hands after my mistake. They didn't make me feel like I was being judged. I see how they work around me and other clients. They're great. I will definitely be coming back.
