I had Mary as my hair care proffesional and she was extremely attentive to what I wanted but also used the upmost caution in maintaining the integrity of my hair. We not only discussed our initial visit, but a long term hair care plan to get me to the level of blonde I desire with the least damage and maximum growth possible. Not only Mary, but all of the other hair care professionals that I could overhear were very friendly, appropriate and mild mannered. The salon is small but at maximum functionality and great use of space. Everything is well organized and clean. I was a bit nervous when I was advised that someone else would be doing my hair at my next appointment and would follow the prior girl's instructions. Long story short, the right side of my hair has high/low lights, the left side and back of my hair has straight color and my hair looked like straw. Moreover, when I lifted my hair I noticed that I still had major black roots in the back. The whole experience from the wash to the final comb out was abysmal. I complained to the manager/owner who initially agreed to do my hair over for me. However, when I stated that I still had dark roots in the back, she got mad and said that "they clearly would never make me happy and she would remove me from their client's list." Very disappointing for an Adler salon.....the customer's satisfaction clearly isn't this manager/owner's priority and the final product was not worthy of what they charge!!!! When you're a retired widow you spend money wisely and do not appreciate poor customer service.

Susie cut my hair and addressed some of the issues and we both agreed this hair reformation would be a several month process. He assistant shampooed and styled my hair and used several styling products appropriate for my hair. Susie checked the hair when she was done. The salon was immaculate and they offer various styling lines for purchase. Being a relative newcomer to the area, I have found my salon!
