So this particular yoga studio has been on my radar for a while now since it is featured on Class…read morePass. Finally I had time yesterday after work to check out a Yin restorative class! Kim was the instructor and it was a full 60 minutes of pure yoga bliss. They provide all of the yoga swag for you too which is awesome! Their mats are super sturdy and easy to clean, I love having that as an option on days when I don't carry my own mat around in the car. Something here also that they provide which is fairly unique (not all studios have) are the aerial yoga SILKS! This was kind of a nice surprise to me as I did not realize we were going to be using the silks during the restorative session. You have the option to not use the silks as well. I really enjoy Yin style of yoga as it forces me to relax and stretch, two things I am getting better at doing! Kim was very laid back and made the session fun. At the end we did a savasana / rest in the silks which was absolutely divine. You get to swing in the silks too during the meditation part of the class. Overall this was probably one of the best if not THE BEST Yin that I've ever been to! It really set the tone for the rest of my evening and I woke up feeling so refreshed. Cannot wait to go back.

And my tired joints always thank me for taking the time to get in the TLC! I love convenient the studio is for me - right in between work and home which is sheer perfection. Marci was absolutely incredible and extremely attentive to my needs as an endurance athlete with tight hamstrings. The Yin part of the class was my fave and so relaxing with 'legs up the wall' and some good hip opener stretches. The studio is peaceful, clean and beautifully decorated. Marci had really great music as well to go along with class. I can't wait to come back, this is going to be my go to studio from now on! All of the instructors are great about letting you know and coming around if needed. I have been going now for a few years on and off. As my schedule has allowed me to come more I have, and notice a difference both physically and mentally. I am also Starting to try new classes and new instructors. You can always try a class and there are a variety of plans that can work for you.

I wish I understood more of the differences between the classes. Usually I just go based on the time of day. Only bummer is they rarely have classes from about 1-5. Seems a dead zone.

Thankfully, ClassPass has made this so much easier to switch it UP! As a part time fitness instructor with a very strong routine, I constantly find myself craving variety. This place has been on my hit list for a while and I was so happy to be able to finally go last night! And boy, am I glad I did. I tried the hot vinyasa class with Lesa and it was 60 minutes of hot and sweaty bliss. The room was packed and the VYBE was jumping! I was warmly greeted and even though I arrived a few minutes before class Lesa greeted me happily and showed me the ropes. They have towels and water/beverages for purchase. BYO yoga mat but they have those as well. The salt lamps in the studio were a beautiful touch and so were the essential oils. I parked my mat pretty close to the diffuser so I was LOVING the aromatherapy while I got my yoga on. Lesa's class was a booty kicker but she also broke it down and provided modifiers for those of us who aren't so limber but aspire to be (raises hand). Blame my tight endurance athlete hamstrings. At the end of the 60 minutes they provide you with essential oil infused cold towels. The Lakeside area is the perfect location, surrounded by luxury living as well as an abundance of retail shops. The community seems very tight knit here as well. Thankful I was able to come here and cannot wait to use my ClassPass to return for another hot class soon and very soon!!

The workouts are challenging and the infrared light and heat is an added bonus I can say the Infrared light has lowered my high blood work numbers!!
