I'm extremely unhappy with the service. someone opened the door on us making it awkwardly uncomfortable. she didn't do a good job. she left little patches of hairs on legs and thighs. and as for the vagina area.. she didn't get between the thighs or the labia. just the noticiable top. further into the waxing she got impatient and started being rough in applying the wax, and pulling off the strips fast to get done quicker. which put me in toe-crenching pain.. and to top it off she didn't remove all the wax from areas . so I got stuck to my leggings. now I have black fuzzies on my legs and thighs from the leggings sticking to the wax. and I pretty much had to wax my underwear off. :'( she left so much wax down there everything was sticking together. My time is as valuable as is anyone else's. I don't have time to leave work or cut my personal time short on a weekend just to get a color consult. Whoa is me and I made the appt thinking maybe this is some upscale type of way to conduct business that I wasn't accustom to. Ok got the color consult and that went fine. Really disappointed that I had to come back at a later date to have the services done though. Does it take a week to whip up the coloring? In the end the color was fine I mostly liked it. However, the cut Lauren did was horrible. My mom always used to say that the difference between a good haircut and a bad haircut was six weeks. No it's not! Lauren jacked up my hair so bad that I was embarrassed to go out looking like a kindergartner chopped at my head. I could have called to complained and ask for someone to fix her mess but I firmly believe that if you can't cut it right the first time you sure as heck aren't getting a second chance at my head. As for the cost it sure didn't seem fair that I was paying for service at a premium level and getting subpar results. AND they push you to buy items from the Davines product line which they claim is made in Italy. A) the bottles are almost half empty when you buy them, see for yourself. B) the packaging honestly looks like it was made in the owners garage with labels printed out a old HP jet ink printer. C) the product smells like plastic! D) it feels awful when used. Conclusion: uneducated and very under experienced people chopping at your hair for Beverly Hills prices. A total NO go!
