This place is the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Ive never left a review before but I felt I needed to with my experience with this place. I got a pedicure 2 days ago and now my toe is infected, I saw they use the same tools on everyone without sanitizing them in between clients, the girl doing my pedicure didnt change her gloves going from the appointment before me, mine and the appointment after mine. That is completely disgusting to me and clearly my toe infection is a result of their unhygenic practices. Also my nails were horribly shaped, some of them are still long and pointy and others are short and round. DO NOT GO HERE read more

Parts of my nails don't even have shellac polish on them, the edges are rough and i don't feel we got a great pedicure for the price we paid. I would not recommend and would never go back. read more

Promising salon but the quality was undelivered. We booked an appointment days in advance but still had to wait over 20 mins to get our manicures. My friend had to wait beside me while the tech did my nails, and once she was done with my nails the same tech moved on and did hers. I understand this kind of service if we hadn't booked an appointment but we did... Shellac manicure was extremely rushed and I was left with polish all over my cuticles and under my nails. The tech was really sweet and kind but did not provide the good quality/ service I would expect for a 35$ manicure. read more

Great pedicure. They offer you wine which was a nice little surprise. Did a good job on my pedicure. They give you stamp cards so you get a free pedicure after your 10th visit which I think is wonderful. I have definitely found my go to pedicure spot. read more

Long Ta bought an existing company and changed the name, but kept the old phone number to attract business. He wants the benefits but none of the liability associated with acquiring a business. So here is the situation - I was given a purchased gift certificate some time ago for $50, but the new owner will not give any recognition of the certificate. I offered to accept a 20% discount ($8 per pedicure) until the value of my certificate is used as this would give him revenue to cover his hard costs and likely some profit, but he has declined and could care less about trying to make an ugly situation better. Unfortunately this is a reflection of the owner's respect for customer service as it was a win-win situation. I will never go back and as importantly he could care less if I do! read more

At first we walked in and asked for two sets of nails, so she took my friend first while I had to wait another hour before I could go(that's not so bad) I even timed it to make sure, then as we were getting our nails done she just started putting the fake nails on, not even doing a manicure, they didn't cut our cuticles or anything, so I thought oh well that's fine I guess, but when my nails were on and painted she started cutting my cuticles saying it was a hang nail, and she cut me. It could get infected and as she was cutting my cuticles She would push very hard on the cut, and last but not least they charge you separately for a manicure(cuticles, etc) and they charge you more for the length and shape it casted is about $100 for just the nails and no manicure. read more

I'm still smiling looking at my nails, what a great experience. It's too bad I don't live close to here as this would be my forever nail salon. The technician was fantastic and thorough, she even dried between my little toes! Think about that, in all the nail salons I've visited I've had my feet quickly patted dry but never had anyone dried between my toes. She also put spacers and the disposable flip flops on BEFORE painting my nails. It was a great experience and one I'm likely to measure all future manicures and pedicures by. read more

Perhaps I have unrealistic expectations coming from a large metropolitan city, but I found my pedicure to be of less than average quality and not worth the prices charged. I did not ask for a hot stone treatment nor did my young daughter and niece the both of whom I was treating to a pedicure. We were charged for premium pedicures anyway. The hot stone "treatment" took all of 30 seconds as there was absolutely no massage to speak of, and no lotion applied to my feet at all. Strange for a pedicure, don't you think? Better communication from the staff would be beneficial. Next time I'm in town, I'll look elsewhere. read more

eon march 24th after raving about beautiful nails to my friend ashley, who has never had her nails done. i have to say im really not impressed with the quality of work she had done on her nails. my nails were fine. and then to be told sorry were all booked up AFTER being told to come back on march 31st so they could fix it. is totally unprofessional. if they cared about her business they would've made the time for her. i will not be coming back. there are hundreds of other salons to choose from. read more

Went with a friend Saturday March 24th. She had a great experience I didn't. Wasn't told the girl doing my nails was still learning how to do it until after it was done and still paid full price even though it was done wrong. I was pleasant about it and ended up getting told to come back the following weekend March 31st to get them fixed on the house no appointment necessary. Showed up the following weekend to get told the girl that's supposed to fix them booked herself up completely for the day.....i drove all the way from West kelowna wasting time and gas just to be told I need to make an appointment for another day. I get the feeling they will try to charge me again when they fix their mistake. Will never go back after this issue is resolved. read more

Lazy tech used the same file he used to "shape" my nails to remove my cuticles!! I repeatedly pulled my hand away saying Ouch you're hurting me and he just continued. I know that I should have stopped him sooner but I just felt a lot of heat from the file and I was supposed to go to a five star restaurant with my daughter and her new boyfriend so I did stop him when I felt the stinging start but I really didn't realize that's not supposed to happen and I didn't see the cuts until I walked outside!! I never get to have my nails done and go to dinner and this "experience" was a gift from my daughter. I told him to stop and just put on a clear polish and he said " Yeah you're too old for colors anyway" and laughed! These pictures are also after soaking my hands for hours and applying oil and rubbing alcohol bc I am concerned about infection now!!He also used the wrong size of tips and I tried to show all the glue that makes them really lopsided but it's not showing in the pictures as bad as they look in person! And the base of my nails are bruised as well!! And I can't believe how painful it is !!! Not funny at all!! Do not go here! I really don't want anyone to be hurt or get an infection or even just be this upset before a special event!! Buyer Beware!!! read more

Great nail technicians! Beautiful job on my nails. Not completely 5 stars because of the manager of this shop seems rude to his employees.

I went in and asked for marble nails, I originally had yellow nails. As we started she didn't even file off the yellow then when I asked why she didn't file it off she said that she couldn't or else she would need to take the whole nail off. She went over the yellow and made it VERY thick then her co worker looked over and told her we wouldn't be able to do marble because there's still yellow on my nails. She got up to get a new colour and I told the lady beside us that she " couldn't" take the yellow off and she looked very confused. So now my nails are think uneven and underneath yellow. She tells me we're done and says it's $55 even tho they said it would be $50 for the marble that I couldn't even get. So I said I'm not paying $55 for nails I don't even like they then started talking in their language then said $50 I said no again then they said $45 the nails were not worth $45 let alone $55 . read more

This was my first visit to Beautiful Nails, and they already won my vote seeing as they were the only Kelowna spa open on Sundays! On arriving at the spa, I wasn't sure of the environment, but then I was completely WOWed with their exceptional customer service! My BFF and I were there for pedicures, and first they gave us the largest choice of nail polish colours I've ever had at a spa. The chairs were very comfortable with trendy foot basins and many massage options, and the estheticians were very kind. When I found out that mine spoke French, we practiced our French for a while! Here are some of the things I was offered: free glass of WINE (very nice touch!), sugar spread for my legs, hot stone oil leg massage, and an intense foot massage. It was the most FULL SERVICE pedicure I've ever had, and I just came back from an all-inclusive resort in Cancún where the spa was luxurious, but didn't offer nearly the same service and perks as Beautiful Nails! At the end, I was completely shocked at the price - $40 for that fantastic experience!! I highly recommend this spa as it is now my go-to in Kelowna. read more
