Today, after receiving a shipment containing an unwrapped bottle of liquid soap that had leaked out all over the contents of the box, my complaint, and request to send another shipment, or refund (suggested by the woman at head office) was mishandled by a customer complaints service rep. She insisted I go out of my way to send photos of "every damaged item" and list all of the products I could "not clean up" since there were cans, and wrapped items that could be salvaged. Who does this?? I sent a photo showing how much soap had leaked out, and she replied it looked like it was only in the one corner of the box (I had moved some items to get a close up, like she requested). Honestly, at this point I thanked them for their past shipments, and bid them adieu. The food bank next door will gladly clean off the gloppy mess, and I will continue ordering from Amazon, where they never make you feel like your years of purchasing with them, don't matter.

The place smells heavenly and unlike cosmetic counters in every Department store the scents did NOT make me feel sick , dizzy or give me a headache. These essential oils are not 'fragrances' or 'parfum' that big manufacturers invent in labs. I wish more people would learn about the danger in beauty products and especially scents from the perfume companies. Google "skin deep" and/or "cosmetic database" or the Environmental Workers Group to learn about the dangers hidden in your body care products. Read the book There's Lead In Your Lipstick. BTW, there's mercury allowed in your eyeshadows too.
