Since I moved to Homestead, I have been doing my nails at Beautiful Nails with Joe. His quality of work is amazing. There are not many nail technicians that are detailed oriented, but Joe is. He will ensure that your nails are looking great all the time and best of all long lasting. Go over and get those nails done with Joe.
I went to get my nails done.. they were chipped literally the next morning.. got it redone for nothing because 3 days later the paint were peeling off the whole nail. I don't do much with my hands for it to chip or peel off. I pay for gel because it's supposedly last longer but at this specific location NO! I asked Lulu (who did my nails) when I do come back can I receive a discount because the work was obviously horrible she told me her boss said no which I said great thanks. This place don't care about their customers at all. Not even a week my nails were peeling literally THE NEXT DAY!!
I asked for a simple french manicure!! I requested for her to add a layer of funny bunny for me on top of the bubble bath because the bubble bath was too pink and she proceeded to give attitude and say "It will be too thick" I said this is something I've done before multiple times and that's how I like it!! It looked like the bottle of funny bunny was almost empty which caused the layer to come out completely uneven and she said it's because my nail bed is uneven!!! And how she's "removed the cuticles" so disappointed, to pay $70 and not be happy is totally unacceptable.
I love this nail salon! The prices are really good, and everyone is so friendly. They always listen to what I want and make sure I'm happy with the result. If I ever have any concerns, they're quick to fix it and make sure I leave satisfied. I come every 2 to 3 weeks without fail because I trust them to do a great job. Honestly, if I let them, my nails would probably last even longer! This is definitely my go-to spot I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend! Just a great atmosphere all around.Go to nail tech Joe.
Went in for gel nail polish 3 days later all peeling came back and the older lady refused to fix or redo my nails wanted me to pay full amount it has been 5 days she its because I was working but yet I'm on vacation . They lasted 3 days she must have used regular polish and placed gel top coat usually last for a month. Last lady fixed for free when she only placed one coat I usually get 2 or 3 coats and 2 top coats I should have complained while she was polishing them i knew they wouldn't have lasted so basically I paid 23$ for 3 day polish. Never had a problem there but she is rude and horrible. And she didn't paint them up to the cuticle I believe they do this so you can come after 2 weeks.
STAY AWAY !!Spent $85 on a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. Lulu did my pedicure.. VERY VERY nice! She massaged my feet and did a great job! My nails are another story! A young did them, didn't catch her name.. very petite with glasses. She does NOT know what she's doing. My nails are thick and uneven and crooked and don't even go all the way to my cuticle!
I live in N. Florida and have been traveling for the past 3 weeks and won't be back home till mid-July. I am in Homestead visiting my sister and daughter and desperately needed to get my nails done. I was a little apprehensive because I've been using my same girl back home for almost 10 years. I came across this salon and decided to take a chance. So glad I did! They were able to get me in right away and An did a fantastic job with my gel manicure and regular pedicure. Super fast and excellent work! Will definitely go back if I'm in town and need my nails done!
My 5 star review is solely for JAIME (I'm sorry if I misspelled it) I don't come here to do my nails. Just to wax my eyebrows/forehead and ONLY by Jaime. She does an amazing job !! And she always takes her time, so friendly and always asks me if I like the results, and I do!! I love the way she leaves my eyebrows. I have hairy thick eyebrows.. I don't trust anyone with them but her :) sometimes she vacations and I literally will wait for her to come back.
They do not know what there doing the first time was worst this is what she called fixing it ! Also she said she was gonna charge me if they take it off they want me to walk around looking stupid ........ do not get no tint from them if they didn't know how to do it they should've said that !!
Horrible, when I walked in right away I was given a stank attitude by a lady. Every time I asked for help I was given an attitude and den talked about while laughing. The man who did my nails saw that I have a cut on the side of my finger and we made a few jokes about it. I'm thinking since he sees I have the cut he would be gentle, I was wrong he proceeds to keep grabbing it. My blood was literally on his finger and he still kept touching it, I find that very weird. I feel as though if he didn't know how to do the set I asked for why would he start doing it. After I got my set down I told him I didn't like my nails he gives me a stank attitude and says "that's fine". Me having really bad anxiety I stood there staring and decided to not make a scene so I paid and left. I really wish I didn't pay for it.

Horrible service and experience, they make you feel super uncomfortable and if you tell them that the name is not properly painted they simply just don't care. don't bother visiting this place if you want to have a pleasant experience. They do not know anything about customer service. What an unpleasant experience. Stay away read more

Update: effing terrible. Terrible customer service. She said they only guarantee nails for THREE DAYS?!!! I'll never recommend this place to anyone. I called and they told me to come back for a refund and then declined after making me wait for 45 mins to speak with someone. They had told her I was there to speak with her and she ignored me, went on to another service so I went to speak with her. Bullshit read more

I read the reviews on google... MISTAKE!!! There wasn't much of a wait, so that was awesome! BUT the staff was SUPER unprofessional saying they didn't like the shape of my nails, and I didn't need my eyebrows waxed and I quote "you do r have any" The woman doing my friends nails broke up with her boyfriend on the phone WHILE doing her nails! They are rough and have no remorse if they hurt you. The quality of the work... well, look at the pics. Now the prices... Typically the pedicure is less than the acrylics (I should have checked but I didn't) so when I paid I wondered why it was so much... well guess what the full set AND the pedicure are both $20 each... you read that right... 20 for a pedicure and it wasn't even that special. In fact it isn't even in my top 5 for comfort and quality. Then I was told I needed gel polish cause it makes the nails stronger and last longer. It's an extra $10.... for polish... no thanks. I am NOT satisfied at all with my experience here.. I will not be going back read more

Never again. I had several things go wrong. 1. PRICING: somehow my pedicure was $20 and my fiancées was $25. We did the same thing, except my nails were painted and his were not. We paid separately so we didn't realize there was a discrepancy until later. They do not have a price board for pedicures, so I believe they made up the price on the spot. 2. PEDICURE: OUCH! This woman made me bleed TWICE. First, she ripped out a hangnail on my toe. She could have just cut it. It's been a day and it still hurts. She also scrubbed my heels too hard and peeled off some of my skin as well. After both of these incidents, she just stuck my feet back in the water. I hope I don't get an infection. 3. MANICURE: The woman kept adjusting my hands so she could paint my nails properly. I've done my nails plenty of times, and they just tell me to relax my hand and they move around my fingers as needed. This woman didn't guide my fingers into the position she wanted, she kept requesting that I put my hand a certain way. It was not a relaxing experience. Will not return. EDIT: I forgot to mention how dirty it was! The chairs, the nail station, even the LED shellac lights were dusty and dirty. That place needs a GOOD wipe down. read more

My older sister told me I had to come here. I'm not of fan of having my nails done @the same place where acrylic nails are done. Personally I feel that nail techs that do acrylics are never that great at simple manicures . I prefer the old fashion manicurists that could care less on how to do do acrylics. ANY HOO, I was desperate and my tech wasnt available so I gave them a shot. Brandon was the one who attended me. & Omg he's great. I'm going here on a weekly basis. read more

I went twice and was disappointed. The first visit I got a mani/pedi. The guy who polished my toes left the paint really streaky. When he did my manicure he cut up the cuticles on my hands to the point to where my fingers were bleeding like crazy. Literally I had to wrap my fingers in paper towels to stop the bleeding. I've never had this happen before. I decided to try them again, assuming maybe it was just the guy I got stuck with... well, I was stuck with another upset. I got a gel overlay over my real nails; square round. To say the least I ended up walking out with my fingernails looking like I had glued chiclets on them. All of my nails were the same size and they are fat (wide). I asked for a nail design and there was left over polish on my nail bed and the design was sloppily done. Very disappointed. My daughter also got her nails done, she wanted ombre' nails... the guy tells me they can't do the design because they don't have an airbrush machine. If anyone knows a little about the ombre' effect on nails we know that you don't use airbrush. Unfortunately, she was stuck with the typical, ugly, old school flower dot design that they always do on little girls. They didn't even know what Matte Nail Polish Was!!!!!! This is 2013 Beautiful Nails!!! You guys need to take some more classes and update your skills because you are lacking and are behind the times . With that being said I won't be wasting anymore money here. Find somewhere else to go. read more

Got my nails done yesterday. It was a so so experience until I just noticed a chip on my nail and I got it done yesterday the 26th of April . How in the world does a GEL manicure chip , you wanna know why? It's because they suck. I paid $50 for a gel manicure and pedi and I gave her a $10 tip because I'm nice stupid me. read more

This was my second time visiting this salon and I'm pretty disappointed. The first time my nails were perfect and lasted nearly a month! This time, not even 2 days!! The first picture was Friday 10/5 and the second picture was today 10/8. I've done NOTHING out of the ordinary so I have no idea why they would change to such an ugly color?? Maybe the gel polish is bad? I have the same regular polish on my toes and they're fine! I'm not sure what happened but they need to be fixed :( read more

These Mf's tried to charge me $30 for some short nails , talking bout "this long" . $10 extra for gel, & $6 to go a length higher . The Asian man that was doing it left twice to smoke , came back smelling like cigarettes. Nobody greets you when you walk in . When I told him that I don't want to do my nails here , he started acting hostile , snapping off my nails aggressively almost cutting me chile. I got mad & told him he better calm down before I punch him in his head , then he tried to act all sorry . He didn't even take the excess nail off , just snapped them off with an attitude & started talking Sh*t in Chinese . LISTEN TO THESE BAD REVIEWS read more
